The best hotel out of my europe trip from vienna, prague to poland. Great service from the front desk and was helpful with my passport left behind in prague. Mandatory spa facilities for the freezing cold weather was great! Feels like ive stepped into a brand new hotel. Overall, would go back just for the hotel

Excellent service of the receptionist/lobbies staff. Thanks for the surprising birthday cake and lovely card for my son! It’s so nice and warm!! The breakfast is perfect as we were in hurry for another trip, so hope to come here again to enjoy the delicious sort of food and drink! Amazing!!

Highlight of stay- Spa/sauna. Stayed for 5 days 4 nights - room so far away from the lift. Its okay but given you were staying longer , its just annoying to walk all the way to the end. Room and bathroom ‘s nice.

這家酒店格調優雅，服務非常好，黃金位置，距離大集市步行半分鐘。樓下的琥珀專櫃，是設計師品牌，價格不貴，款式比大集市的小店更具特色。強推！

100% уверен что это один из лучших отлей Кракова. Идеальное местоположение. Номера чистые и комфортные. Персонал вежливый. Обязательно в следующий раз выберу этот отель снова.
