Super bra service och super fint rum. Bodde där 2 nätter. Blev sjuk den sista natten och personalen var väldigt hjälpsam och fixade så vi fick checka ut två timmar senare. Fick även lämna våra väskor på hotellet i 10 h i efter vi checkat ut. Rekommenderar verkligen. Ca 10 min till fots in till centrum!!

Booked as part of a city break through EasyJet. The hotel is in an ideal location to reach from the airport, trains, trams, taxis and buses. Safe and well lit location in the Jewish quarter, walking distance to the centre of Krakow with tram stop just 5-10 minute walk away. The room was very comfortable, high ceilings and well adorned, modern bathroom that was functional and served its purpose with a larger than average shower with rainfall and flexible shower heads, heated towel rail and plenty of soaps and loo roll. We were directly opposite the stairs on the first floor but due to the design and build could not hear a single footstep above, below or outside our room. With air con available and larger radiators as well as windows that open it was easy to get the room to a perfect and comfortable temperature. Enough storage for x3 adults, the beds were comfortable as was the sofa bed. Would’ve received a 5star if the towels were bigger and better condition and the quilts a little wider (personal preference as they would leave me exposed mid sleep) Breakfast was perfect for a break of this nature, waitress topping up breads and other items continuously, lovely options for eggs fresh cooked and always warm welcome and smile. Reception staff were welcoming, helpful and just adorable. Also arranged a take away breakfast for no additional fee for our trips with early collections.

Just got back yesterday from the hotel. We stayed in room 101. Check in was great,fabulous young girl who was very knowledgeable and helpful, just what you want when you arrive at a hotel. Room was modern and clean but the carpet definitely needs replacing. The only thing we found odd was that the double bed had two single quilts on it ! That’s a first for us. Breakfast area was very stylish,food nice and lovely staff. This hotel is in a great location. Would stay again

M29 is a beautiful hotel. The location is great, and nothing we have wanted to visit has been more than a 25 min walk. The staff are all lovely. Very friendly and helpful, and gave us great recommendations. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable and stylish. Amazing hotel and can’t wait to return.

Just returned from a three night stay, you cannot go wrong with this hotel, great location with bars and restaurants nearby. The hotel itself is very clean and modern and all staff were polite and friendly. I had forgotten my phone charger but reception were able to provide a charger for my stay. We organised our trip to Auschwizt via the hotel and arranged a food box for the journey, we were room only so only had breakfast on our last morning but again I would recommend this. Our room was cleaned daily, bed was comfortable and a mini fridge is supplied with drinks and snacks to buy if you wish to have them. We were also able to store our cases after 11am check out as we did not fly home until the evening.
