Liebeskind Boutique Hotel Old Town

Great central place to stay, staff go out there way to help you.Rooms are spaceous and clean (28).we took breakfast and nanged something different every day. Would definitely come back here to stay. Lift us avaliable to all floors,24 hour reception as well.

We stayed here on the first leg of our Europe trip. I rate it a 3 because it was perfectly average. Not above average by any means, but also acceptable standards. The staff did not go above and beyond to assist with anything, nor were they terrible either. We arrived in the middle of the day and were unable to check in, and were left to keep our bags at reception for several hours since we didn’t have a room. A big plus to this hotel is that it was walking distance from Old town and pretty much everything to do in Krakow you could get to easily by walking. There was more than one morning that we did try and obtain breakfast as we were going on day trips prior to breakfast starting and they were unable to accommodate us, which was frustrating for us. Make sure you notify them asap if you are going to be gone before breakfast in case they can provide you with a to-go bag, because they were unable to do so for us. All in all, the hotel is quiet and clean, nothing above and beyond but meets the needs for the traveler looking to explore Old Town.

LOCATION: in a quiet street, next to the pedestrian zone, walking to tourist attractions and restaurants is easy peasy... good restaurants close by. A few minutes walking to the most beautiful, medieval square and old city. FRONT DESK: friendly ladies welcoming the hotel guests. Responsive reaction before hand, special thank you to Dominika. As we arrived early and left late, we could leave our luggage at the hotel. ROOM: well kept and clean (fridge&safe in the room), each day two complimentary bottles of water. In the bathroom good showergel, but that's the only product for guests (no hair conditioner, no body milk for example). TV programs were almost "Polish" only ... HOUSEKEEPING: did a good job: quiet, polite and helpful. BREAKFAST: in the basement, large choice of tasty, fresh food. But only one coffee-machine which means sometimes long waiting... Recommend the Boutique Hotel Liebeskind as a convenient HQ for discovering the beautiful city of Krakau 🌞

clean rooms,with daily service and cleaning.the room size was ok perfect location near krakow old town very helpfull and nice staff, nice breakfast,with nice choice walking distance from the main attractions

This hotel is located in a quiet area about a 10 min walk of the main square. The rooms are a fair size with a hairdryer, tea, coffee facilities, large shower etc. It was snowing and very cold on our visit but the hotel was warm. I had a room at the top of the hotel and there were no windows, just 2 skylights which as it was snowing the whole time we were there made the room very dark. However as I wasn’t in it much this was no big deal. It’s a small hotel, with no lounge or bar. Breakfast is served in the basement and is ok but nothing to write home about. It all feels rather cramped. Staff were pleasant enough. If you are looking for a budget hotel and intend to be out most of the time this is fine. There is a really nice cafe linked to another hotel on the corner that does a good looking hot breakfast as an alternative to the hotel breakfast .
