New Port Hotel

It’s like your own little home, it’s the perfect space for one or two people. Waking up on the river is so nice watching the boats go past. Small mini fridge and great wifi connection if you wanted to stay in. Walking distance from old town and there is corner shop not far away too. Close to bus links if needed. Friendly and helpful staff. 10/10 would go back here.

不太建議 真的在船上，船會晃動 設施和衞生很一般，換過了一個房間，之前那個窗户壞了 新房間的洗澡的水一會兒突然變冷了 沒有早餐，早餐要到對面的餐館單獨點 最麻煩的是：大件行李上下非常非常不方便！

Whilst the hotel is lovely I would not recommend it for people with mobility issues. There is a lot of building work going on around the riverside which makes it a longish walk to get to one of the 2 bridges to the Jewish quarter. We were only there for a 2 night stay and had paid for breakfast but another downside is breakfast is served in a roof top restaurant about 500 metres away and starts at 8 am to 1 pm . Fair enough our first breakfast missed because of our choice to go on a tour that started early but also missed the second days because our airport transport was at 07.00.

What a find !! Lovely little pods on the river . Great staff very welcoming . comfy beds slept like a log. Lovely bathroom and great view over the river. Stairs up to the bedroom are steep so not good if struggle with mobility. Ducks outside our window with swans and given duck food to feed them . Mini bar available at a cost. Will def be back for our next visit .

Hotel was immaculate and kept immaculate, the rooms were spacious and facilities excellent. Very peaceful, staff were excellent, especially Adrian. The hotel was in a perfect position to sit on the terrace and view the castle or jewish quarter across the river. Outside the hotel is the hala forum, which is excellent for food and drinks. The best bar is the panorama which is the rooftop bar , excellent views and relaxing atmosphere definitely a must . We used the app jakdojade for transport and travelling around the city. Best transport ever ,cheap and easy to use. The airport bus 300 or 209 takes you straight to the hotel. Get off at the krakow eye wheel ,large balloon. The jewish quarter and old town start just across the bridge about 8 minute walk. .we travelled to and from hotel using tram 52 . The jakdojade app took us to the zoo and across Krakow including the airport. We bought are travel ticket 72 hours on the app . Buy ticket. On entry to tram look up above hand rail and you will see a 3 digit number or code to scan. You need to click your ticket there should be a yellow bar at the bottom of the page asking to validate. Took me to my camera samsung, my partner apple typed in the code. We will definitely be staying here again perfect. I loved feeding the swans from our terrace.
