Nice, small, clean hotel in old town. Near main square, to the nearest shopping centre about 800 meters. Good, fresh breakfast. Friendly receptionist. I enjoyed my 3 nights stay very much. Bed could be more soft. Good option for your visit, I recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at Portal House apartments. The location is perfect, less than two blocks from the food hall and the main square with all of the sights. There are a few stairs to get to reception and the elevator, but we found them doable. The breakfast was one of the best we’ve had. Something for everyone. We stayed in apartment 10 on Floor 4. It was spacious and well equipped. Highly recommend and would stay here again. Krakow is a beautiful town.

We arrived at the hotel on 20/5/24 and stayed for 3 nights the location is fabulous 2 minutes from the main square ! The rooms are a lovely size and very clean . Breakfast was delicious with lots of choice I would happily stay here again . Staff are very helpful and friendly over all a brilliant experience,

I wasn't sure what to expect as the place is fairly new and I couldn't even see it on Google maps street view. So I took a chance and wasn't disappointed. I wasn't sure if the hotel had a proper reception desk. It does, and it is 24 hour. With very helpful and friendly staff who organized tours for me etc. I also wasn't sure if there was a breakfast room. There is, just beside reception. Of ample size and a decent feed. Mostly Continental, but varied and filling (7-10am). The rooms are a decent size and are spotless. The building itself has an elevator serving a split level style building. It seems to be an old apartment building that has been converted to suit. It has been converted well with modern amenities. Nothing feels dated. The area itself is very handy for the main square and is on a very quiet (easy to find) side street. I was sleeping on the first floor facing the front street and slept soundly. I am solo traveller and found this to be ideal. Would stay again, and probably will in the summer. Darragh - Dublin.

Great hotel, the staff were helpful and friendly. Always someone on reception. The room was spacious and clean, loved having a balcony to look at the snow on. Big bathroom. Fantastic location. We had a great stay, would recommend, thank you..

Booked on ******* due to location being close to the main square. Wasn’t sure what to expect as not many reviews. Wow! This place is amazing. Recently renovated and the apartment we had was so lovely 8.1 on the 3 rd floor. Couldn’t fault it, bed so comfy, amazing large bath and nice lounge/ dining/ kitchen area. 3 minutes walk to the main market, but so quiet where it’s located so great nights sleep. Restaurants and the house of beers nearby which were great. Breakfast was fantastic as well, and staff so accommodating, from giving us extra tea bag’s, to storing luggage and booking us a taxi. Great place and we are already planning coming back with friends. A hidden gem which deserves more reviews. Thanks for a great trip to Krakow. Ian and Karen. UK

Portal house appartement est très bien situé Vous êtes directement dans le cœur historique, nous avons tout ou visiter à pieds. La gare (très pratique pour rejoindre l'aéroport est à 15 mn a pied, c'est facile) Notre chambre équipée d'une kitchenette était parfaitement propre, comme tout le reste de l'hôtel. Le personnel est toujours présent et extrêmement aimable. Merci à Roza pour son aide Le petit déjeuner est basique mais il y en a pour tous les goûts et le café est très bon. pour rentrer dans l'hôtel il faut sonner sur je bouton 1 puis "appel" (nous n'avions pas cette information et départ). Si vous cherchez un hôtel propre, bonne literie, et hyper centre, c'est la que vous devez séjourner.
