Wynajęliśmy pokój z łóżkiem podwójnym, zamiast tego dostaliśmy dwa łóżka pojedyncze, okolica straszna, w pokoju było zimno i nie było ogrzewania. Ciepłej wody też nie było, pojawiła się dopiero następnego dnia rano. Do tego było brudno, obskurnie i strasznie śmierdziało. Kontakt z obsługą też bardzo trudny, właściciel zarzekał się że woda jest, trzeba tylko puścić zimną i poczekać, co nie działało. Recepcji nie było w budynku. Telewizja nie działa bo podobno nie jest opłacona.

2泊する予定でしたが、ハンガリーに飛ぶ予定の飛行機が夕方から朝8時に変更されてしまい1泊になりました。しかしホテルは観光地に近く２日で回れて便利でした。そして何よりオーナー様は優しく、わたしがシティツアーのお迎え時間を前日夜に確認した後に時間変更のメールが来ている事に気づかす、朝迎えが来ないと相談すると、ツアー会社と交渉してくれて無事後のツアーに参加させてもらいました。 街も素敵でしたが、オーナー様の対応に感謝しております。有り難うございました

ドアコード、パスコードはグーグルマップの口コミ欄に投稿してくれる人がいるのでそちらを見たほうがう良い。夜の22:30頃に到着し、チェックインしようとした。しかし、「24時間フロント対応」と書いてあるものの、スタッフが住み込んでいるだけで、事前に電話か、せめてメールしないと起きてこない。自分はたまたま他の宿泊者に助けてもらい、スタッフを呼べて自分のベッドがわかった。ベッドはそこまで悪くなかったが、夜中に電気が使えなくなり、スマホの充電ができずトイレの電気がつかなかった。素泊まりの人にも正直オススメはできないが、一応Wi-Fiは安定しているのでそこだけ評価できる。値段はそこまで安いわけではない(自分の場合1900円ほどだった)のでコスパも最悪。

離開了當地才放胆作出真實評論： 此住宿點是在一座住宅樓房的二樓，下午抵達由一名男子開門，踏進大門就看見內裡破舊不堪，十分嚇人，大門關上就漆黑一片無任何燈光，要亮着手機燈引路，至踏上二樓途中才有自動開關的微弱燈光亮着，環境令人不安，晚上出入就要靠自己胆子。 進入房間，發現這三人房的三張單人床排列比宿舍床位更緊廹，總面積連浴厠大概祇有15平方米，於是馬上向那工作人員查詢這就是訂單裡35平方米的三人房嗎？他二話不說就打電話給另一名男子，叫我跟他對話；此男子最初强說這房間就是35平方米，我叫他來看一下，他就推說現在有很多其它酒店要管理，要晚上才能來，又說因為我在下午四點才到達，35米房間就會給了別人，你的是隨機分配，就是這間（我回港要找TRlP查証此訂單為何？)。這天至晚上我沒有見到那員工及負責人出現過，無從跟進，馬上追究也怕在其它宿點遇上他不善待。 訂房時已得知此房沒有冷氣，但當午28度C之下，問過員工想借風扇是甚麼都沒有，也見到這房未有供暖設備，大概是寒冬前會備妥吧？ 此房間最過份的是，浴廁是在房間內另行搭建的劏房，沒有窗戶，在房間的角落，遠離房窗，內裡不設地面去水位，更無任何抽氣設備，任何人大便的話，就一室的人長時間共享，怎會有這種明知不堪的設計？ 大家要慎選，be careful !

男女共用ドミトリー6人部屋を使用しました。 ベットは2段ベットが2つと1人用ベッドが2つでした。 トイレとシャワーと洗面台がありますが、あまり綺麗ではないです。 私は23時ごろ〜5時までと、ただ寝るためだけに使用したので十分でした。値段通りだと思います。 管理人の人たちはみんなとても親切で、とても優しかったです。鍵付きロッカーも相談すると使わせてくれました。 ただ、難しかったのは到着してすぐのことです。ドミトリーのある建物に入るのにパスワードが必要となり、そのパスワードが教えられていなかったため入り方が分かりませんでした。しかし、管理人の人に電話をかけると教えてくれたので大丈夫でした。 建物に入ると真っ暗ですが、入って左側の階段を登っていけば受付があります。 良い旅になりました。ありがとうございました。

Świetna lokalizacja Pozatym zimo ( ogrzewanie wyłączone ) brudno i nie przyjemnie. Jedna noc ok przeżyliśmy ale na pewno nie wrocimy

鍵の開け方はルームメイトから教えてもらった。ホテル側は何も教えてくれなかった。また、トイレは壊れていたし、床にひび割れがあった。

A pretty decent place for a cheap bed while travelling. We paid an extra 70€ for a private room and had no serious complaints. Beds comfy however seemed to be smaller than your usual single bed. The member of staff who checked us in (didn’t catch his name, just that he was from the Philippines) was lovely, and more than happy to help us. The perfect location too, only 5 mins walk from the centre of the old town. We were apprehensive after reading other reviews but were pleasantly surprised when we stayed. Would highly recommend to anyone just looking for a cheap bed for a few nights however we only used it for a bed for a few hours at night, and didn’t really spend much time there otherwise.

Poor hotel do not stay here . Mold in shower / broken bed base/ windows didn't close properly/ wires hanging out of ceiling/ poor lighting/ no 24 reception/ rude owner when asking a question had to stay out all day because the thought of going back was horrible. Would have of been better stay at a hostel. Was meant to be a nice get away but was just a nightmare definitely had a big impact on the hole holiday. You don't expect to stay somewhere like this . I would even give it a one star 🌟

Arrived late- no one in reception - knocked on door facing reception polish women told us to go away. Got in touch with holiday provider - who sent us the hotel owner phone number- he made us travel to a different hotel across the neighbourhood and we had to walk 20 mins in the dark late at night! He waited at the door and demanded 600 zlotys as a deposit as we were English! Was very rude & angry towards us and of course if you check all the other negative reviews he doesn’t acknowledge any wrongdoing and does not know anything about accountability! Then also followed us in the room and took photos of the room before we even put our luggage down! The rooms were still under construction I would not let my dog sleep in here! There was electrical wires poking out the walls in every room, crack in the mirror. It felt like a jail cell than a hotel. Key code was faulty so rang him for help he just told me to “use it properly” and said I was “stupid”.

I was very happy with my stay! Zoltan, the owner (appears gruff at first but he's actually lovely). And as for Joseph the asian worker he a total sweetheart. The location is the best. Literally 5 minute walk to the left was the old town. Theres a big shopping galleria 5 minute walk to the right. Rooms were clean, sheets changed, bins emptied, etc. It was my first time traveling solo so i as a bit skeptical but had always wanted to see Auschwitz etc. I was placed in room one with 2 other solo female travellers. Jenny was from Australia and Wemmy from Taiwan. I was up and out in day trips most days so it was the perfect location for the days i wasn't for wandering about the old town and jewish quarter etc.

Horrible hostel... - no reception. All day no reception.... - rude dismissive cleaning lady...."checks" you in..... speaks only russian and polish. -horrible rooms -horrible cheap noisy ikea wood beds.... The beds are made of wood. Anybody moves there is bed noises, creak and crack. all night..... everybody hears.... -Creepy place -Unacceptable kitchen. Why not renovate kitchen too? rooms are renovated. Warning! - Cleaner lady lives in the hostel, in the kitchen...room. Very weird situation. - Cleaner woman demands cold door be open always. Why? eat and freeze? Very cold to eat in kitchen. So weird. - she smokes in the balcony so there is tobacco smoke in kitchen also. totally.... -The owner is very rude. I STRONGLY think he might be a racist too. Openly dislikes blacks and asians.
