Bonaire Oceanfront Apartments

Just amazing! Only bad thing, we should have booked a longer stay!!! The location Is perfect!!! Sat out at the pool numerous afternoons and had it completely to ourselves! Walking distance to so many restaurants, shops and a grocery store We had booked the two bedroom, apt 8 at Bonaire Oceanfront apartments. Everything we could have possibly needed was in our rental. Highly recommend paying the extra $75 to have some groceries in your room, especially if you arrive at night.. we also booked our basic rental pick up truck thru Sunrentals. Basic is a manual transmission, just an FYI Will we back? Absolutely!!! Hopefully next year and we will stay for more than a week! Thank you Sunrentals!!!

Stayed over a month. Excellent in town location, walking distance to awesome restaurants and bars. Great vintage style property, beautifully landscaped. Small complex of 13 units with pool overlooking the ocean 30 feet away. Plenty of lounge chairs. Many birds, iguanas and lizards to watch. City swim dock next door. Apartments are well supplied with kitchen. Great shower. Internet and TV work well. We will definitely return to paradise. Everyone was super nice.

We felt very welcomed by personalized details. A brightly painted door stop with our family name on it, welcome bag, note, pen and notepad. Fridge was stocked with our favorites. Every extra that we asked for last time we visited were noted and were already waiting for us in the bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, closet and patio. We feel our hosts (Eef and Peter) at Bonaire Oceanfront Apartments through Sunrentals are as caring and nurturing as family. They arranged for all our needs and wants, while ensuring a quiet, private, spotless apartment . They organized a luxury truck rental and dive support at Private Divers Bonaire, which is on site! The king size bed, Wifi, TV, Airco, gorgeous pool , butterflies and orioles, and the safety of locked gates onto the streets front and back, made for a perfect experience. We swam and snorkeled, dove comfortably and dined up and down the block. We walked to Gio's every night for ice cream. I hope we can come back for another 14 years.

They do an excellent job of taking care of their renters. Everything is in order on arrival and they are quick to fix anything that goes wrong. We lost our card key this trip and , within about 20 mins, they had someone deliver a new key to us. They go above and beyond.

Loved my stay at Bonaire Oceanfront apartments, the people there are so lovely. There is a nice pool, and the ocean is just across the road if you prefer that. (You could see a lot of colorful fish there). The location is perfect, close to "everything".

If I could leave less than one star I would. I had a life threatening emergency a week before the trip. I was in the hospital for weeks. There is a no refund cancellation policy, which we fully understood. However, there was a 300.00 service fee for cleaning that they lumped into the “no refund” policy even though we never made it there and didn’t use the house. Absolutely and completely unreasonable. This was not like we just decided not to go. If they didn’t have anyone in the house then who kept the cleaning fee? They did- more for them. I would be very cautious if you plan on renting from Sun Rentals. If you do then make sure you have rock solid trip insurance because you’ll get nothing from them in regards to understanding or fairness.
