The Dive Hut - Boutique Apartments

Kept changing my rate after I paid my deposit. Was up to $100 dollars a night. The last time they raised it I canceled and they refused my my deposit even tho they were the ones that voided the original agreement by raising the price. Would never stay there, they are crooks

I stayed at Dive Hut for a whole month and can only recommend it. Irene provided me with a warm welcome, the apartment was very clean and comfortable (loved the bed and the pillow) and the whole property including the pool is absolutely well-maintained and lovely! The apartment had everything needed for a one-month stay, including a kitchen. The rooftop terrace is an amazing add-on to spend the evening. The cleaning was always to my satisfaction and the provided towels and bedsheets are clean. Some may claim the internet speed, but forget that this is the Dive Hut, not the Office hut and this is an island :-) The location is great, you can walk to the city center, but it is super quiet - which is rare on Bonaire with it's motorcycle enthusiast which can be annoying in other locations. Irene and Roland take care of their guests which gave me the feeling of having a second home! Thank you for being great hosts, I will definitely come again!

The Dive Hut is exactly what you need in Bonaire. Clean and comfortable and close to everything. Irene is one of the owners and incredibly attentive. I would strongly recommend the Dive Hut. The accommodations are basic, and perfect. We loved having a small kitchenette to make breakfast each morning. And the pool is very serene.

Been on several venues around the world. But I must say that The Hut and specifically Lucas and Natalie give you a great welcome and stay! Their service is outstanding and beyond. After my accident Natalie really helped me professionally and genuinely kept interest in my recovery. The private courtyard that is used extensively is a real eye catcher. Especially the large palm tree in the middle. As a point of attention: the external tiles can get slippery after a rain shower - be careful. Recommend highly to stay here. Meet Bonaire!

De DiveHut is een kleinschalig knus resort met veel nadruk op privacy, rust en groen. Het is perfect gelegen in rustige woonwijk, dichtbij zee en op loopafstand van Kralendijk-centrum. Het appartement met keuken was fijn, goede airco, goed bed en heerlijke patio, met veel schaduw en wind. De patio is omgeven met veel groen en er hing een half opgesneden kokosnoot, waar we suikerwater in deden en dan kwamen vogels zoals trupia's en suikerdiefjes daar op af. Bij het zwembad kwam er dagelijks een flinke leguaan langs. Voor zo'n klein 2-sterren resort zijn de faciliteiten toch opvallend uitgebreid. Lekker zwembad met voldoende ligbedden, BBQ-mogelijkheden, restaurant en scooterverhuur en dive-school aan de overkant. Meer heb je toch niet nodig. Gerard en Milena waren erg hulpvaardig. Ze gaven ook tips voor een mooie wandeling bij het Gotomeer en diepe grotten, waar het niet zo druk was met andere toeristen. Het blijkt dat veel gasten in een volgende vakantie terugkeren bij de DiveHut. Dat gaat voor ons zeker ook gelden.

Voor zakelijk bezoek in Bonaire heb ik een week bij Dive Hut gezeten. Dat was enorm goed bevallen. Lekker knus resort, mooie kamer, goede airco en een goede tafel, waar ik met laptop goed aan kon werken. Perfecte wifi met zelfs goed bereik bij zwembad. Einde van de dag lekker relaxen bij zwembad. Op mijn verzoek stelde Gerard het zwembad ook 's avonds laat weer voor mij open. Wat een service. Volgend bezoek weer naar de Dive Hut.
