Room was quite spacious and bed was very comfy. About a 15 mins walk to the train station.

The breakfast provided was good with many choices. The bed mattress is good and comfortable except that the pillow is a bit small in size and thin. The hotel location was walkable to Kriens train station, need to cross a roundabout. The plus point is there is a bus stop located near to hotel, which takes you to Pilatus cable car station. However, you still need a 10 mins walk uphill after alighting from bus-stop to the Pilatus cable car station. Hotel also provides a traveller card for guest during your stay, free bus and train service in Lucerne.

The room a little worn out, an uplift would be nice. All in all, good experience, the hotel being walking distance to train and bus stops, supermarket and restaurants. Nice and kind personnel, straight forward check-in and check-out.

Good place to stay, just a little old to me but acceptable and the service is good.

We arrived in the morning but they immediately let us checked in earlier as there is an available room. The staff are very helpful, friendly and speak good English.

The hotel closed with a train and bus station. Easy to access, reception is also very good, he given to us check in early then expected

Friendly staff who gave recommendations during check-in. Hotel was a short walk and train ride to central Lucerne. There was no aircon in the room and a fan was provided. Weather was cool when we were there so not an issue. Mountain view from the room. Would stay again!

瑞士的貴對於我們這個老百姓來説 確實貴 瑞士的美也確實名不虛傳 就是這個酒店離盧塞恩中心區其實有點遠了 在屬於城邊了吧 我們是直接沖車站走路去的酒店 還是走了快50分鐘 因為有行李 比較慢 走邊也挺安靜的 如坐交通車其實也不遠 我們是邊走邊看風景 也沒啥 至於設施這些 評論區裏都有就不評價了

雖然有些年頭了、但是維護的還不錯，房間很大，2個大行李箱全部打開也完全沒問題，酒店雖然離市區有點距離、但是酒店贈送交通票、出行就很方便了，火車，公車隨便坐，酒店有停車場、24小時14法郎，可以多次進出、每次出讓前台掃一下停車卷就可以、前台服務很好👍

Het is erg gedateerd, de kamers stinken en het bed is niet comfortabel. Dit is niet de Ibis die wij gewend zijn. Schandalig.

位置很好，離開市中心兩個車站 。每15分鐘都有一班火車如果是自駕的最好問酒店是否可以預留車位 。早餐很好吃很好吃很好吃 。在瑞士各酒店中神的存在。
