What an absolutely incredible hotel ! I am blown away with how helpful the staff were and how caring , I was leaving on the last day at 4am and a manager made me breakfast to take with me , I have had the best 5 nights away , the room was incredible ,food incredible location is perfect as you are literally 8 mins walk from two of the nicest beaches in Ksamil ,
The staff helped with food recommendations ,and tours and places to visit , and if I needed anything they were so happy to help , I will most definitely be telling all of my friends and family to stay here if they venture here ,and I hope to come back soon
I want to send a massive thank you and send my gratitude to everyone ,thank you so so much for making a solo traveller feel less alone

We stayed 6 days, came from Türkiye. Rooms are very clean and tidy. 2 adults and 1 kid can stay normal room. Small sofa located in room for kid. Beds are comfortable and soft. Towels have been changed everyday, bed sheets have been changed every other days. They gave beach towels. Hotel is new, good location, breakfast delicious and tasty. Staffs are very kindly and friendly. Family hotel. No car park problem, air condition is good working. Bar is located, no restorant. You can walk from hotel to beach of ksmail 5-10minutes. They advised special beaches, restorant, historical places and you can trust this advised. Especially, Mrs. Erica and Mrs. Seva are absolutely friendly and kind statf. They helped for everything and gave info about ksmail and around. Hotel should be supported their efforts for improving hotel's quality. Prices are not expensive. If we come again ksmail, exactly we will stay Area hotel.

This gorgeous little boutique hotel was beyond our expectations. Spotlessly clean, modern rooms. Amazing breakfast, but what makes a good hotel is the staff, and they excelled at customer service, kind, informative, and super helpful. Thank you again for helping when our hire car had a flat battery 🙏🏻 Highly recommend.

Great little hotel close to the beach and restaurants with lovely staff and even toys for kids. Great little swimming pool to cool off. Close enough to all but without the noise at night. Would recommend!

Hotel perfetto. Pulitissimo. Ben localizzato rispetto al caos del centro città, a due passi dalla spiaggia. Personale cortese, gentile e premuroso. Ci siamo sentiti come in famiglia. Consigliamo a tutti questo hotel. Rapporto qualità/prezzo insuperabile. Tutto ottimo davvero. Colazione abbondante e varia. Tutto perfetto. Bravi, continuate così. Torneremo. All was perfect. Great staff, perfect location. We will back soon ;-)

Abbiamo scelto l’Area Hotel per caso, attratti dalle fotografie sui siti di prenotazione. Siamo stati benissimo. Le camere sono ampie, spaziose, moderne e perfettamente pulite. Il personale e’ molto attendo e disponibile. L’albergo propone una colazione varia e abbondante. Posizione ottima e possibilità di parcheggio interno. Assolutamente consigliato!!
