We had 7 families staying here in this serviced suites this time. It’s my first time staying this apartment. Like the environment, the location and of course needless to say the room! Will be back to stay if I ever come to KL again.

Nothing comment however the front desk have to be professional while check in at least introduce where is the location complimentary of high tea which was included of package, upon approach to front desk with bad attitude asking questions, look like can’t be ask….. hope management taking seriously of this guys…. Pan Pacific Serviced Suites Kuala Lumpur provided spacious and well-equipped suites, ideal for extended stays, and boasted a prime location. However, the breakfast buffet was noticeably more limited compared to PARKROYAL hotel KL next door. Additionally, we found that amenities weren't always fully stocked every day, requiring us to request refills. While generally a comfortable option, these aspects detracted slightly from the overall experience.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently stayed at this service apartment hotel and had an excellent experience! The service was top-notch—friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile. The location is perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and public transport. The apartment itself was spotless and well-maintained, with daily tidy clean-ups that made my stay even more comfortable. The swimming pool and gym facilities were fantastic, clean, and well-equipped, making it easy to relax and stay active during my visit. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable stay. Will definitely return!

Had a pleasant stay here. Nice room & everything seems very comfortable, complete amenities and all was great . Easy access and walking distance to Pavilion, Lot 10 and other malls and shops. All is good except the breakfast. Breakfast doesn’t have much menu. It’s just a small space . Stayed 5D/4N and there were same menu everyday. Other than the breakfast, it can consider a very good hotel.

Excellent choice of hotel for our family of 4. We stayed in a two bedrooms apartment, which is spacious enough. The bedrooms are in good size too. Location is really very ideal! It's within walking distance (＜ 10 minutes walk) to the Starhill shopping area and TRX, or a short taxi ride (RM10 for Grab during non-peak hour, cheaper than parking fees!). Want to make a special mention for Pan Pacific to make a great effort for sustainability - where a water filter for drinking water is installed in every unit! For this very reason, this hotel will always be my first choice when I go back to KL again.

I am disappointed with their service, as they did not take into account our flight cancellation and failed to provide a refund for the one-night stay.

I recently stayed at the Park Royal Collection KL, and it was truly an incredible experience from start to finish.
