The room is clean and service is good. Good location, near KL sentral so it’s easy to commute. 24 hours receptionist. A very good accommodation for your visit to KL👍🏻

I would say this is my favourite budget hotel in Kuala Lumpur. Location so close to KL Sentral. Wifi work ao well, all staff really helpful and friendly. Will back again for sure. Thanks City Central Hotel crew for great hospitality.

It was one of the pathetic hotels I have stayed in. Yes, it's very cheap, but still, against the price, they have nothing in terms of good service and clean rooms. I have booked a window room and they initially gave me non-window room when I checked I have checked on trip.com that I have been given a wrong room then I came to reception again asked to change the room and give me window room first he said we don't have window room you came late that's why all window rooms are sold now. I said no, I have booked the window room, and you have to block it for me. So after arguing, he gave me a room with a window. Now come to the room conditions. 1- too much noise from the road 2- bath room door dose not lock 3- too many cockroaches in the room che k picture 4- curtains are dirty 5- no hot water in the shower area 6- toiletries sub standards (did not used) 7- insufficient breakfast away from the property There is some family on the same floor with 2 rooms, and they have kept open the room doors and sitting in the room / front of the room without shirts and in ethically. Whenever Their child / kid / infant cries, they come in front of my room door and try to play with the child. Due to this hotel, I had to leave Kuala Lumpur early. Yesterday, the breakfast they gave was insufficient , actually, they don't have a restaurant, so they have an agreement with a third party, and they'll give you a voucher for breakfast. Every morning you will have to walk on the footpath for 300 meters to go to restaurant place for breakfast that even not enough or buffet its fixed for one person and have only 4 options. I paid 5 usd for the break and at that price I could have a very good breakfast. I do not recommend it better to go for another hotel with a little higher price.

Awesome location, in the middle of everything, public transportation, shopping malls, restaurants... Excellent service from the first to the last day. The hotel is clean and has a rooftop with a gym that is a great plus. We got a small room but was enough for us and very quiet and comfortable. Highly recommended.

The room size is quite small for 2 adults but it’s ok for this price. You can walk across the street to NU sentral and through Nu sentral to KL sentral. It’s great for live before the day you go back home.
