The accommodation is clean, comfortable, and spacious. It is suitable for family trips. The room has complete facilities. You can cook and eat in the room. The room view is very beautiful.

U have booked this apartment for my friend who have a holiday with a family. He likes this apartment so much. There are 2 bed rooms aparment. Fixed with their 5 pax family members. So clean and comfortable. Worth with the price and recomended

Many things were self service. From checkin to checkout.
We missed out on proper count of towels. Rest of the other things, we had to manage to contact the relevant person on WhatsApp and then find out that required items are packed under some bags inside box.
Apart from this, rest of the things are enjoyable. You can enjoy the view, cleanliness, cooking. I have visited this property twice (both times different lobby).

The apartment was fantastic with big, spacious & neat. Very near to pavillion, just walk & can reach. The pool & gym was amazing! Feel like a home here :) will book again next time!

I booked an unit described with KLCC view. It's a total scam. There is no KLCC view from the unit. The poorly ventilated unit was so smelly with drainage smell coming from the toilet. The common room toilet was so stinky. There was hairs on the kitchen island upon entering the unit. The shampoo bottle was empty. The wifi was very slow.
The infinity pool has only very limited view of KLCC.
The agent managing the unit requested me to check in at 3pm (but listed check in time on Trip.com was 2pm) and checkout at 11am otherwise there will be extra charge(listed checkout time was 11.30am-12pm).
