Floresta Hotel Chinatown recensioner

The hotel look okay from the outside but it was the worst hotel I ever stayed in 10 years. It's so oooo so oooo dusty, low maintenance, and the worst is toilet bowl leaked. When I flushed everything comes out!!! I omggg.. I can't eat anything the whole day after saw this! I don't even have strength to take picture 😭😭😭 Soooo dirty!!!!

A very nice budget hotel in Petaling Street area, KL. Easily accessible to any places, tourist attractions, shopping or eateries. Cleanliness somehow could have been better. Overall I had a wonderful experience!

Hotel is in Petaling Street which is very convenient, walking distance to Pasar Seni mrt. There are many eateries in this busy Chinatown street, breakfast, lunch, dinner and supper no problem. They open till late at night with wide zi char selection. This is my third stay, sometimes room has nice scent other times bad odour, pillows were really stink with yellow stains.

Hotel has many mosquitos and I the pillow case is dirty everything is dirty thats why its cheap

A basic but clean room in Chinatown KL for layover. Ok for travelers not required parking.

Got the room w/out window for only rm48 (after discount). The cheapest u can get at petaling street area.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions.

Excellent location, very near to Petaling Street with plenty of foods. Room very clean and nice (as just renovated last year). The only disadvantage is there’re cars and bikes roaring on streets in late night, affecting sleep….must wear earplugs to avoid sleepless night

Unexpected.. suddenly when I come in at the room not as price I got.. I booked with promo price for pricy room in normal price.. huhu I'm so lucky.. but the big problem fomme is car park.. plz provide some parking nearby hotel or better in front of the hotel. Tq. Sorry the picca not related with my staycation.. 2 times I'm being stay here..

NO NO NO . Extremely Rude customer service! They couldn’t allow me to check in and refused to give me my refund. The hotel has mold even and I have bad allergies. But they are extremely rude unprovoked!

Is a simple room good enough for sleeping overnight and no other extra facilities within the hotel. You just don’t focus on the unclean areas in the room and go to sleep once you are back to your room.
