We stop a second time. The apartment is large and clean. There is a kitchen. But this time we were unlucky, the water in the shower was not leaving well. Great view from the window. And a great view from the pool.

With this endless list of what can be provided for extra, guys forgot to properly clean the bathroom. Do you familiar with bleach? Also there was no outlet for non Malaysian or British plug. I assume that not only british and malaysian travel to this city, it would be super handy to have universal outlets for tourists from the rest of the world and not making your guest buying a new one for $20 for one day use. THIS ABSOLUTELY INCONVENIENT!!!

2 tiny towels for 3 nights stay... the best asset of the place is the swimming pool, and they don't even supply towels. You can't drink the water in KL, so they supply 2 small bottles of water for 3 nights... this is just unacceptable. Check in details and notes regarding the property not supplied until hours after check-in. Cold water in shower. Boiling water in basin. Wifi is glitchy and constantly freezes. 2 pillors supplied weren't clean, smelt unwashed. The fitted sheet wasn't fitted it was a flat sheet that never stayed to the mattress kept pulling. Very uncomfortable sleeping . Communication with the owners was terrible and rude. Completely unprofessional Don't waste your time here.. if it didn't have an amazing pool, it would be $10 per night

Firstly, your room is just can be staying for two people, so we provide 2 towels. Then the swimming pool is maneged by the property, and there are many operators selling the rooms online, so that they can not provide more towels to guest. Also we do not provide housekeeping during the stay which is showed on trip already, and also our colleague sent all the room information to you on whatsapp upon sending room number, just please pay attention on it. About the issue of WIFI and pillors, we informed the management to fix and change already. We will continuously improve our service quality and look forward to see you again in the future. Thank you again for your feedback.

Room is clean, comfortable and big. Location is good 3 minute walk Conlay metro station. Longest and nice view Infinity pool at 51th floor. Garden is great.
