Got two rooms, spacious and clean. The room design very exclusive and all necessities are provided. nearest convenience store at lobby makes us easier to buy foods and drinks.

The condo near grocery and convenience stores but after 10 pm the unit above us is very noisy, and 12 am onwards there is a noise outside from a motorbike it is very loud and we couldn’t sleep.

- check in / out is +/-15mins is better - people’s all waiting for 3pm make the lines service take per person 5-7 mins. 5 to others all waiting more then 30 minutes above then can go the rooms 3:40 Above Thanks

Unit was perfect, cozy and decorative. Love the privacy. Just that they have stricter policies on check in and check out, but the staffs were really helpful in making every process went smoothly

Too noisy from mrt metro station and Tain sounds and smelly due to improper cleaning. Location based not so good for couples or solo or family travel. Not much of happening place, only good part was room size was spacious but not worth for its cost when compare to my other expensive stays. No recommend.

With actual 2 bedrooms. Clean and nicely decorated when first checked in. Gym has new equipment and open from 7am to 10pm Swimming pool is nice and open from 7am to 10pm. Game room has pool table and table soccer. Washing detergent provided for the washing machine. Toilet has some bad smell. Search the whole 11th floor but cannot find a place to throw the trash. Cleaning of apartment only applicable for those who has booked for more than 5 days. Netflix is good but down due to too many people viewing at the same time with the same account. Checking out need to wait for 10 mins for them to refund the cash. Hotel surrounding maybe a bit messy.

The place is generally good. The service is bad. The staffs were rude and unfriendly. Will try avoid this place future

Luxury residences. Everything is good provided excepted the floor mat. No floor mat at all. For me is quite important because after you shower when you walk out from the toilet sure your feet get wet. Overall is good. Satisfied

the room was good, but the counter staff was very rude. we were treated badly upon checked out. we have been travelling so many countries (check in-check out) but it was the first time experienced such terrible “hospitality”. we were threaten by the arrogant counter staff that all “acting” recorded by cctv?

Only good thing about here is near LTR station that's all. Booked for 4 people stay, but only have 1 queen bed and 1 sofa which is not sofa bed as hotel described .. Only 2 towels provided without toiletries. Cockroaches in kitchen area, kitchen counter and inside drawer was dirty. Will not stay here again.

"Our recent stay at the chamber’s hotel, in [City] was unfortunately a very negative experience. The room was not clean upon arrival, with visible dirt and dust under the bed and in the bathroom.Furthermore, the staff was unhelpful and seemed indifferent to our complaints. The breakfast was was brought to the room like an airplane food the yogurt was expired and was off what made my son super ill we had to rush him to hospital and spent the night at hospital we spent $150 on his medication  not well-maintained. Overall, our stay was marred by these issues, and I wouldn't recommend this hotel It’s the worst hotel I stayed in my life please stay away from this hotel they are absolutely disgusting

Clean and nice to travel with family. Have parking and located in the mid of KL. Have a kids friendly swimming pool.
