Too noisy from mrt metro station and Tain sounds and smelly due to improper cleaning. Location based not so good for couples or solo or family travel. Not much of happening place, only good part was room size was spacious but not worth for its cost when compare to my other expensive stays. No recommend.

With actual 2 bedrooms. Clean and nicely decorated when first checked in. Gym has new equipment and open from 7am to 10pm Swimming pool is nice and open from 7am to 10pm. Game room has pool table and table soccer. Washing detergent provided for the washing machine. Toilet has some bad smell. Search the whole 11th floor but cannot find a place to throw the trash. Cleaning of apartment only applicable for those who has booked for more than 5 days. Netflix is good but down due to too many people viewing at the same time with the same account. Checking out need to wait for 10 mins for them to refund the cash. Hotel surrounding maybe a bit messy.

Luxury residences. Everything is good provided excepted the floor mat. No floor mat at all. For me is quite important because after you shower when you walk out from the toilet sure your feet get wet. Overall is good. Satisfied

Only good thing about here is near LTR station that's all. Booked for 4 people stay, but only have 1 queen bed and 1 sofa which is not sofa bed as hotel described .. Only 2 towels provided without toiletries. Cockroaches in kitchen area, kitchen counter and inside drawer was dirty. Will not stay here again.

Very affordable place but room was not offered to be cleaned although my overall stay was around 1 week. Internet, aircon, washing machine, ... All OK. Pool was in maintenance 1 day.

The hotel was soo clean

Everything was so nice and organised. Check in and check out was so smooth as well.

Good place good location but the service is not really good and the room stays is a bit small.

I am not enjoy the stay, make me feel anger too much. How on earth there is no towel that was provide. Whatsapp the customer service, it said towel got no stock today. What a poor management.

Misleading advertisement for my room (strongly advised for any guests, especially family, from booking this room) as it mentioned for 1 unit, there are 2 rooms but instead, there is a main door connecting 2 rooms. Even so, the main door cannot be locked & they always warn you with RM200 fine if you lock the main door. I was staying with my family (wife & 3 kids) & that is the main reason I booked this unit. Me & wife staying in 1 room & kids another room. On the first day of staying here, the main door is defective, I can open it from outside but can't open the main door from the inside. When asked for maintenance people to rectify it, claims that only the next day at 3pm they can come. I asked how about our safety as the main door cannot be locked, they insisted that we use each room door. Defeat the purpose of booking this unit but cannot use the main door. The next day at 4pm, the maintenance guy came & repaired the main door. About hospitality, seriously I advise against other guests from staying here, after repeatedly seeking their assistance about the door &, after that issue didn't resolve, I asked them about reception phone numbers for us to call if anything, they don't have a number, just use whatsapp for communication. So, for prompt response, I can't rely on them. When asked about the security guard number, they asked us to deal with the guard ourselves (poor service). For extra towels, they will charge it. No clean up for room except staying over 7 days. Check out procedures very slow & not effectively implemented. Given the parking space in front of the building, it was hard for us to manage the car while waiting for them to check our rooms. The only nice thing I could say is the rooms are well designed & comfortable. That's all. Service & hospitality, highly not recommended & I won't bring my family here anymore. It just feels like staying in a homestay, that's all. Nothing special but it's my own personal view. Hopefully my reviews here help others to decide whether you want to stay here or not.
