Sleeping Lion Suites

BAD SOUNDPROOF!! You can hear all the sounds from the corridor, people talking loudly, room doors slamming, cleaners cleaning the other rooms. My sleep was literally disturbed by all the noise in the early morning!! I couldn’t sleep back as there are so much noise! So if you are a light sleeper then this is not a place for you. Another fact that I couldn’t accept is I was given only ONE card during check in. According to the staff, they said there were too many guests checked in on that day so they didn’t have enough room cards?? This is literally ********. My partner needs to go down to buy some water next to the building, and i had no choice but to follow him down together otherwise he couldn’t come back up to the room. And each time we leave the room the aircond all is switched off and need to wait for it to start again. SO INCONVENIENT!!! If can open a hotel in bukit bintang area with such tall building and many rooms, 2 cards per room is nothing for your company. The refrigerator in the room that I stayed in was also spoiled. It’s HOT air instead of cold. This is a small matter. Pros: Rooms are clean, nice city view facing TRX, cheap and convenient in bukit bintang.

The good - Great location, quite clean. We loved our window view and our room was on a high floor. Lifts were fast and service staff were great. Great price. Good, strong wifi. Check in and check out service were efficient and plenty of seating available in the lobby. The not good - stained curtains in our room which was quite disgusting. Small toilet. Very big and busy hotel. Room walls are thin so we kept hearing doors loudly being banged shut.

Room is pretty new with good view! the room wasn’t 100% cleaned, found a used tissue near the curtain and the floor has a lot of white pieces of paint drops. Not sound proof, can hear next door shower and close door. But Great location, walking distance to MRT, Pavillion and Jalan Alor. Will be back again, but cleanliness needs to be improved.
