Toilet got bad smells. The bin in our room got **** smells. Window view at our room, not nice, but rooftop view amazing. Surroundings crowded, noisy, not pleasant for me. But 7e, mix store and family mart are super close so its nice.

Hotel is located close to the pudu LRT station. Lots of restaurants nearby. However the restaurant does not do any housekeeping throughout the 4 nights I stayed. The hotel does not provide luggage storage. There is an unofficial paid service provided by the security team, they store the luggage in the security office for a small fee. Nice rooftop pools with great view of the city skyline.

The hotel room was very good, it's fully equipped with kitchen utensils, oven, washing machine with drying function, clean toilet and washroom and ample of pillows in the suite room. Neat and complete room with awesome view of KL!

I got shocked by a cockcroach. Overall stayed is pretty good and comfortable Please do lookout to put insecticide in the room. Location strategically placed, parking is super accessible.

good location w good service. i checked in at 4pm with no hassle. its only that my room is overlooking the dumpster area which isnt nice but no complains i dont look out the window anyways

Location is good for u if u r driving, surroundings of the home stay got a lot local restaurants give u have a dinner as well

Good location, rooftop swimming pool with nice view. But the building is old and room aircon is quite weak taking some time to get cold. The compressor is just outside of the room, so abit noisy.

check in process was smooth,received an email a few hours before my check in. the room was spacious and clean. got private bathtub & a sofa ,nice view from the swimming pool & very clean,tv function well.accessible to lrt pudu only 10 minutes walk from the apartment.aircond function well.overall,got the best experiences thank you!

The housekeeping very bad ...because check out time 12pm but the housekeeping come ready 11:30am in my room 😤 ..they tell please check out 11:45am...how can they tell with me..check out time ...i give my money stay there 😡 it's really very bad service in the hotel 👎👎👎👎

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, the room was clean and the check-in process was managed smoothly and conveniently by Jeremy Lim via WhatsApp. Everything was much better, but I would like to give some advice to the pool management team, if there is a scheduled cleaning time of the pool then arrange it to be outside of the pool operating hours, as cleaning starts at 9:30 am I was unable to use the pool.

Very convenient service, there is no reception desk, which facilitates quick check-in. The window in the room opens, which was important to me. The air conditioner works well. The room was clean. The pool and gym are located on the 20th floor, it is located in the open air, on the roof of the building. And are open from 9 am. to 9 pm. The bar is located opposite the pool. The sauna is not working, which is very sad. I would also like to note the efficiency and friendliness of the staff, who inform and help remotely, by e-mail. Good job! Overall, I really liked it!

Some light not working and need to inform via WhatsApp to fix the next day. Ask for king size bed but say full house no slot. Overall ok. Last picture show room view. It is rubbish dump view so need to put the curtain else is awful view.

So to start. This place is lovely the security guard opens the door for you every time you enter. The self checkin was incredibly simple. perfect if you're to enter late at night. The pool was at the 20th floor looking out at the streets below, There is a small gym to use too. The downsides are sadly that the shower never really seems to get too hot, and there's a bit of mould in there. But other than that it's really really comfortable. I would stay there if I was to come back.
