Quality service from before check-in all the way to check-out. High level of responsiveness and availability to support by staff. Fantastic apartment with great views of main landmarks. Sky infinity pool at top deck was the cherry on top of the cake, superb 😎

Beautiful and spacious rooms with nice view facing the twin towers, the infinity pool is also amazing especially at night. You get different landlords for the room, it’s not like a traditional hotel where you have a reception that deals with all the rooms.

To me the receptionist gave me a bad service. As the booking confirmation shown that i can get an early check in, but when arrived they told that the room havent ready yet and doesn’t arrange for luggage kept service. After some commotion, then they told will help with it. As for the place, it is a nice strategic place if you want to stroll around KL.

Отличные аппартаменты, рядом с башнями . Есть большой и чистый бассейн на 33 этаже , откуда открывается красивый вид. Номер просторный , со вкусом и светлый . Спасибо

不要入住這裏，我深有體會。 1、酒店有些房間甲醛嚴重超標，進入房間就是**。 2、不是酒店，就是公寓，然後公寓保安實行兩種區別對待，常住居民走正門，我們這種遊客走後門，同時我們遊客不允許坐在公共區域休息，完全是偷偷摸摸的進出。 3、酒店保安和前台沒有給華人該有的禮貌和尊敬，知道馬來排華，但沒想到一個服務行業也這樣。 4、晚上22點後酒店前台根本沒有人服務。 5、我們入住的房間，還有未屬於房間該有的物品，明顯是未打掃清理乾淨。 這次馬來之行完全被這家公寓給破壞掉。

無邊泳池是他最大的噱頭 房間裏面沒有洗髮露沒有拖鞋 床單枕頭以及被子不夠乾淨 無邊泳池旁邊換衣服沒有儲物櫃 房東服務也不及時

。。。最差的一次體驗了。還不如幾百的酒店。淋浴沒有熱水，按照説的打開開關等了20分鐘也沒有熱水，都整煩躁了。退房行李寄存以後，等到取行李的時候，等了快20分鐘，就這還是提前打電話説快到了。一進房間一股味道，也沒有護髮素。。。住過的600以上的酒店都有這個1000多一晚沒有。。。check in 還要加微信或者what's app聯繫。。。
