Hotellpersonalen är vänlig😊 Övervåningen håller på att renoveras och det ljuder av elektriska borrar och spikar under dagen. Det spelar ingen roll! Jag avslutade min frukostbuffé på morgonen och gick ut på en tur. Det finns tunnelbanestationer och spårvägsstationer i närheten. Nattmarknad på Alor Street!

Det är fantastiskt. Det finns spjälsängar och TV-program. Det är lämpligt att ta med barn. All servicepersonal är för bra, även om de inte håller standarden på ett femstjärnigt hotell så är det ändå ett fyrstjärnigt hotell. Morgnar är också bra

Hotellet är rent... det finns många tjuvar... endast parkering måste debiteras 5 rm... platsen vill gå till hotellet på Jam Street morgon och kväll

Läget för detta hotell är mycket strategiskt, beläget mitt i Bukit Bintang. Anläggningarna är alla nya. Rummet är mycket rent. TV:n är stor. Poolen är stor och vackert landskap. Rummet och badrummet är litet. Luftkonditioneringen är tyst bullrig.

Även om det är nyrenoverat kan man se att anläggningarna är mycket gamla. Exteriören har målats om och renoverats. Den centrala luftkonditioneringen är extremt bullrig, men det är för varmt när den är avstängd. Läget är mycket bekvämt, bara en kort promenad från paviljongen och tunnelbanan, och maten är superrik. Det bästa med upplevelsen är servicen. Jag vet inte om det beror på att det nyligen öppnats. Alla är supervänliga och entusiastiska. Jag lägger till en stjärna till detta.

The hotel is very clean. Parking is provided, and the fee is reasonable, only RM5 per night. The location is right in the city center, very convenient.

Generally, the room was not kept clean. Stains can be found on table and sink. Air conditioning remains too cold despite setting to a higher temperature set point. Shower water was too hot (burning) even when the knob was adjusted to the coldest (blue). Called front desk for assistance repeatedly to resolve these issues at around 11pm, but no one picked up the call.

The location is perfect as it is near the night market which is perfect for late night food grab. A good walk for an elite shopping mall, and can be easily accessed by hailing services and taxi. I did enjoy the breakfast served which is located on 2nd level buffet style and the tables and chairs are enough to accommodate other guests. Staff at the front desk are friendly and very hospitable. Will come back again if I will visit KL again

It was an incredible experience! The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the stunning view of Pnb 118, one of the tallest buildings in Malaysia. The view from my room was absolutely breathtaking, especially at night when the building lights up against the Kuala Lumpur skyline. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and well-maintained, with spacious rooms that offer great comfort. The amenities were top-notch, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always making sure I had everything I needed. The location is perfect, situated in a vibrant area with easy access to popular attractions, dining, and shopping. I highly recommend Royal Signature Hotel for anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur, especially if you want to enjoy an unforgettable view of Pnb 118. It's the perfect mix of comfort, style, and convenience!

Strategic location, walking distance to jalan alor, Pavillion, lot 10, berjaya times square, etc. Room is ok, with view of twin towers. Breakfast ok, with decent selection of food.

We booked for a queens size bed but truly felt Abit small. There is no halaal food at the hotel! We used the Bugis train station to commute and our first day walked 2.1 kms to marina bay! The view is spectacular with the esplanade on the way and the helix bridge. It's walkable to little India also 2kms and nearby to Chinatown also.

My request with connecting room was arranged upon check in. Location is great with Low Yat Plaza just around the corner. Near to Berjaya Times SQ & Jalan Alor. Pavillion is 15min walks away. Mon Chinese Beef Roti is just 5 mins away. Nespresso coffee was offered as complimentary and refill daily. On top of that, 1st round of mini bar 🍺 s complimentary too. Gym is 24hrs. Swimming pool is for family and not big.

Overall, my stay at royal signature was quite pleasant. The room was comfortable, and the staff were generally helpful. However, some of the facilities are a bit outdated and could use refurbishment. For example, certain areas of the hotel feel worn out, and amenities like the gym or bathrooms would benefit from an upgrade. With some improvements, this hotel has the potential to offer a much better guest experience.

Great new hotel & location. Had difficulty opening my room door upon check in & the reception staff assisted promptly. Only downside was 1 of the pillow case sheet change on day 2 had dirt stains.
