It was an amazing trip, made even more amazing by Eaton. It's a highly recommended place to stay! You must try it and experience the beauty of the place.

Our family of 6 stayed at Eaton Residences, 4 Bed Room apartment for 3 nights. All of us, including aged parent and kids, we all love the apartment very very much! The check in & check out process was smooth, it was actually way easier than we thought. There is washing machine (with dryer function) inside the unit, which is really convenient for us. There are 3 toilets which are well equipped with the toiletries & towels. There is a designated carpark lot for us to park our car as well. The condo itself is well guarded as well 24/7, we feel safe here. The sky pool is one of the key features here you won't want to miss it, all the kids love it so much and we went every evening just to enjoy the splash and wonderful view. I strongly recommend this apartment for family who would like to visit KL. Lastly, the management team is friendly and swift in their respond. I am pleased with their service. Thumbs up!

the room was clean and quiet ,very suitable for family as the living room for one extra bed , the swimming pool view was very beautiful, one down point is nearby there's no convenient store but overall a pleasantly stay,will be back again

Horrible service Late check in and early check out You’ll be charged to check in early No drinking water Dirty shower room Community guards are rude Manager was literally messaging me 3 times with “kind reminder” to check out. I asked to extend my stay and they wanted to charge me double for that coz I couldn’t book on trip com. I told them I’m paying them when I return, they changed the password of my room 🤦🏻♀️ like I’m a thief who would run, you literally have my deposit! I checked out 10:57, she be messaging me at 11:15 askin whether I checked out or not coz she wants to charge for a late check out. I think you should get yourself checked, not messaging me 58856 times a day! This place doesn’t worth it, if you want to get a pool you can just go with other people.There are plenty of other good and affordable hotels with kind stuff.

The management is lousy. Remember to park your car with sticker infront of the car mirror. You will be getting a clamp if you parked at the designated parking lot without putting the sticker even though you car is registered at the guard house.

Nice place to stay at but location a bit far out. Dun have any convenient stores nearby. And also check in time too late ,check out time too early.

Good and nice furnished apartments in KLCC with a beautiful infinity pool on the rooftop. One thing is that no any restaurant or shop in the building (only vending machine with snacks and coffee).

Great place for family. We had a comfortable stay & the bathtub view was amazing.
