Location and room is great! I like how there are 2 toilets in one service apartment. Downside is they do not change towel until 3 days later even though requested to change. No tissue box in the room. WiFi in the 2 bedrooms are not very strong. Best is at the living room. Overall I still enjoyed my stay and staff are very friendly.

We one big group with 15 members arrive early at 1.30pm but can’t early check in. So we go nearby 铭记粥品to eat lunch. After finish our lunch then we go for checking. Con’s: One of our room aircon remote control is spoiled. So the aircon maintenance at 18 degree for whole night. In the next day they just help us change it after we feedback. Toilet seat is a bit dirty and smelly. Pro: A lot of free facilities like pool, game. Suitable for family with kids.

Location is good, very near to TRX. However it is not easy to get to Pavilion as crossing the road is dangerous. Room was facing Capri hotel, however it is also not very clean, not much selection for breakfast.

Nice place to stay while in Kuala Lumpur. Walking distance (less than 500 meter) to TRX Mall & Pavilion Mall.

Spacious 2 bedroom + 2 bathroom. Great location. Walking distance to pavilion mall and berjaya times square. There's also a really good breakfast place walking distance to the hotel - grumpy bagels. Has the best bagels ever!

room was very comfortable and clean, the food and drinks at the lounge was good too especially their wagyu burger.

Pros: Excellent location in bukit bintang area, around 5mins to TRX & 8 mins to pavillion, fahrenheit88, lot 10, starhill etc. Complimentary & delicious lunch for guests at the millennium lounge though beverages are chargeable. It's spacious and comes with two bedrooms. There are two TVs that comes with netflix, youtube etc in living and main bedroom. Balcony with racks is good for drying clothes. Quite responsive hotel staff. If taking coach bus by transtar, cityline etc, the hotel is a boarding/drop off point. Cons: Housekeeping needs improvement - dried up blood stain on duvet, bath towels with stains etc. Will experience traffic jam during peak hrs as it's located along a busy stretch of road. Rooms facing capri, dorsett hotels on the main road can be noisy at night. Swimming pool on level 37 seems to be heavily utilised. Personally feels that room in need of refurbishment/renovation

Disappointment. Clamp pigeon hole hole with a Queen bed put at the corner touching 3 sides of the wall. Quilt blood stained 4 dinner chairs all stained Iron board stained Door lock spoil

Booked a 2 bedroom apartment.. generally clean, complete with washer dryer.. just that the door is not keycard access, but real keys, only 2 sets provided upon request. location for hotel is fantastic… nearby with food and convenience store

Good location, easy to get to shopping malls and restaurants. Only the shower equipment and entry lock need to be improved.

Nice location and view. Good value for money. Need to be improve is the front desk service should be more attentive and the equipment in the bathroom which is a bit old

Hotel facilities are fantastic for child to enjoy. Great location.

The washer dryer not functioning, waste our time waiting few hours, toilet with bad smell, hygiene issues

The best serviced apartment we've stayed so far. Clean and very comfortable. Very strategic locations. Will recommend this apartment to everyone 👌
