Hotellets adress är medelmåttig. Den yttre miljön är i centrum av det muslimska Malaysia, som är ett svart område. Chok-kitet besöks inte av kineser. Hotellet är okej, men det är inte fyra stjärnor. Det känns som 3 stjärnor. Hygienen är inte så perfekt;

Den här gången var jag riktigt ledsen. Jag bokade ett hotell, men eftersom skolan ändrade starttiden kunde jag inte ansöka till hotellet i förväg för att boka om eller få pengarna tillbaka. Serviceinställningen är mycket dålig, mycket dålig. Jag kommer aldrig att boka den här typen av hotell igen.

This hotel has South and North block. I stayed at North. The 25th floor bar rooftop is located at South entrance block, have a stunning view especially at night. Room is quite spacious. Bed is comfortable. Walking distance to a famous Kampung Baru food paradise. Overall staying experience is quite satisfactory.

It was a good 1 night stay with my mum, I liked how the hotel provided the shampoo, body wash, hair conditioner & body lotion in the toilet. It reminded me of my hotel stay in South Korea, Seoul - RYSE hotel where they also provided body lotion in the toilet. The only bad thing is that I didn't know how to get through the customer service when using the room telephone. #UserProblem 😅

In general, this is a chic 4-star hotel for its money, which exceeded expectations. This applies to the cleanliness of the room, the friendliness of the staff and other aspects. Breakfast is quite scarce, but there is still a choice, so it is not critical. The main minus was dinner on one of the days of my stay, when I had to wait for my burger for 62 minutes... Otherwise, everything is very good, the room has everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the view of the Petronas Towers is wonderfull.

If you are travel with your own car, there is only valet service for carpark, each day RM15.90 nett per car, that’s mean customers have to pass their car keys to valet to help to park their car. But can request to hold the key back after parking. The room is much more smaller compared to with the pictures shown at the page. Quite disappointed, There are stains on the towel, stains on the carpet in the room and small cockroaches in the room too. The bidet also spoiled. But we didn’t make any complain since it just a one night stay. Overall,The facilities are quite good.

The environment, the room, the service, for me top notch. For those in car can ready RM15.90 for valet service, seems mandatory and valid for the whole day. Overall, it good and comfy stay

Strategic location, near Kampung Bharu KL, near tourist attractions. Food is delicious, not so variety but worth for price. Can access to rooftop observation deck and swimming pool at nearby Hilton Garden Inn - South which is situated few shoplots away, within walking distance.

My stay was marred by significant service shortcomings, primarily involving Front Office staff member Mr. Saiful during check in around midnight. Despite having a confirmed booking for a queen size bed room, Mr. Saiful(as shown my pic) insisted no such rooms were available and pressured me to accept a 2 single bed room instead. After I firmly declined, he reluctantly provided the room category I had originally booked. This raised concerns about transparency, as I later observed multiple guests checking in and confirming they had received queen osize bed rooms per their bookings. This inconsistency suggests either poor inventory management or deliberate dishonesty, which is unacceptable. A separate issue involved valet parking attendants: They repeatedly claimed the self parking lot was "full," seemingly to monopolize parking and pressure guests into paid valet services. Multiple guests were observed being turned away from self parking under questionable pretenses. On a positive note, the room itself was clean and functionally adequate, meeting basic expectations for comfort and hygiene. Recommendation for Management: Retrain staff on ethical service practices, particularly regarding room allocations and honest communication. Audit parking procedures to prevent coercive tactics by valet attendants. The lack of integrity in these areas overshadowed an otherwise acceptable stay.

Everything was great! I booked and checked in last minute, yet still managed to secure a room for one night during peak season. Located in Bukit Bintang area and near to Jalan TAR. The bed was very comfortable, and the breakfast was good. However, the parking situation was inconvenient that you have to find it behind the hotel, and the area felt a bit scary.

Great for the price, a lot of indonesian and malaysian food nearby The only downside is there is no drop off and pick up lobby, so need to specifically indicate to taxi driver

Great value for what i paid. Don't expect this to be as good as Hilton Hotel, and you won't be disappointed.
