Very bad! I only get 1 day refund, even though i did not even sleep in the hotel, i'd rather sleep in the car, they did not give me the full refund and it is very bad. Do not come to this hotel, i have videos of cockroaches and worms in my room.

Very near Kg Baru Street Food area, just 200 m. Surrounded by KL food heaven. Very nice receptionist with good services. Room condition very nice and clean. Nice viewof KLCC. Nearest LRT Kg Baru around 300 m .

Arrived late at midnight and the check in was smooth and steady. Very busy place and you have to park @ paid parking. Cleanliness acceptable and the room condition was ok. Just for a night sleep and have to move out early in morning for a meeting.

The hotel in no way matches the pictures. It's a cheap motel that has a sign up offering fee drinks for good reviews. It's old and definitely not clean. More like a by the hour place that you find in a red light district. I cannot emphasise enough how much you shouldn't stay here.

Redstone hotel are located at kampung baru, KL..just near by a most excited saloma bridge and klcc. Also to easy to get the food around 24 hours😂😂

It is close to the twin towers. The room is clean. The staff are friendly and kind for helping me with ordering the car to the airport. Thanks.

It hasn’t fully renovated yet. Parking was so hard to find. We have no curtains and people can see through the window 😂 the location is in kampung baru so will be easier for everyone to find food. The entrance of the hotel smells like cats poo. And there’s a cute big fat cat downstairs so it’s acceptable 😤

The picture of the room is edited, far below the standard of a 3 stars hotel room, which is very small and dirty, this is misleading for customers. Sound and noises come from neighboring rooms. The receptionist is also unfriendly. Very NOT RECOMMENDED.
