Outsourcingkanal, långsam incheckning: Detta hotell på Ctrip är kontrakterat och drivs av en agent, [det är bara ett skal av Scarlett Hotel, den faktiska personen som bor är inte Scarlett Hotel‼ 】Det vill säga, när du väntar på incheckning kan du inte checka in i receptionen. Du måste be receptionen att ringa agenten, som sedan kontaktar den sekundära agenten och sedan skickar någon att ta dig till. rummet. Hela processen är mycket tidskrävande och tar en halvtimme att slutföra. 2. Dålig service, ofullständig infrastruktur och falska stjärnsiffror. [Inget wifi, inga engångstofflor, ingen hårtork] Om jag kontaktar hotellets reception låter de mig kontakta agenten (men den faktiska agenten har inte sett mig sedan han tog mig in i rummet, och hans engelska är inte bra , så det är svårt att kommunicera). [Ljudisoleringen av hotellet är också mycket dålig] Du kan tydligt höra vad grannarna säger och gör hela natten. . . Känslan av upplevelse föll till botten av klippan vid denna tid. . 3. Beskrivningsbilden visar ett dubbelsäng och ett sovrum, men vi togs faktiskt till ett standardrum med två bäddar. Foton är mycket vilseledande. ⚡Kort sagt, min erfarenhet är att detta är ett läderhotell som är specialiserat på att fuska kineser/utlänningar. Om du bara kommer hit för att sova, kan du komma.

The room is not clean n there is no one clean the room daily … when we check out , the counter never return is back our deposit 200rm .. is hotel the front desk service is bad …

Location is not that convenient. It definitely looks just like how it shows however I do not think the cleanliness is on par.

Front desk staff provide very poor service. Both his words and facial expressions were not friendly. The staff are old. But if you are not ready to serve, you should stay at home. In terms of accommodation, it's good, the rooms are beautiful, and the location is close to the Petronas Twin Towers.

Nice hotel located in a modern high rise condominium. Nice lobby reception group who were cordial and helpful. Room is spacious and clean with nice view on opposite side of the Petronus Towers. Not sure if you can specify side. Limited utensils for kitchen and nice washing machine but no deck to hang from. No hanging equipment. Comfortable bed, hard couch, nice tv with premium use available. Only one key to door and no maid service. If you don’t WhatsApp management company you will not get towels nor trash service. We were there 3 nights and no service was provided and downstairs desk cannot help. I was locked out and they had to contact management company to let me in. Don’t ask them for food recommendations either. Nice pool and gym upstairs. I would use again especially if you want to see patronus tower. Suggest if you want to see town there are 3 or more bus routes you can pick up at the tower. It costs 1 ringet per ride per person. Forget the overpriced hop on hop off.

the host is very kind helped me in checkin , checkout and overall stay is the best view from room and pool is best OVERALL 10/10

The property stay was overall good. However for such a high rise building, few lifts are available....very long waiting just to enter/exit at times. Also, reception area is mostly crowded, not so pleasant and could be managed better. Lastly, one of the beds was broken at the flat base...it was marginally supported by stuffing bedding beneath the mattress.

We reached so late and only get to enjoy our stay for only a few hours. I love the view from our room. It’s amazing!!

Very nice upscale furnished condo in the heart of tourist area and about 5 times cheaper than a standard room in the USA.
