Will never return to that horrible place.
Apart from being Downton KL, everything was a chaos.
There was no Reception Staff, only security staffs who didn't care of the guest except for security.
There was a guy with casual wear who handles the booking - working with his so called Boss via WhatsApp to check the booking given by Trip.com. Room was dirty, can see left over food crumbles on the table. Floor - dirty and dusty.
No water. Can hear the neighbour studio closing/opening the doors over the night.
If possible, would want a refund or replacement for this booking.
My friend who booked from *********** got their refund - he had worse experience as he needed a fridge to store his food and there was no fridges in any available rooms.
