Room is very clean and big , but I was expecting for smth better . All night Air conditioner was making noise , even if I turn it off and turn on again

Great accommodation with beautiful view and nice facilities. Like an appartement. The only thing you need to get accustomed to is there is no regular lobby for check in or inquiries….but the what’s app contact is very nice and they will send an employee asap to take care of your demands. Very secure facility as well with security guards. Highly recommended

The hotel's elegant environment, spacious and bright rooms, comfortable and soft beds, thoughtful and meticulous service, rich and varied breakfast, convenient location, cost-effective, is a very pleasant stay experience, highly recommend to everyone!

Nothing like the pictures - furniture was rotting, missing lights, water damage and very dusty. But that’s not the worst part - the “check-in” process was horrendous. It took the service guy 20mins to come down from whatever room they are in to pick us up at the CONDOMINIUM lobby. After which, we weren’t inform of an additional RM300 deposit required - and the service guy was just too lazy to get his card reader and told me to go and get cash from an ATM in the middle of nowhere. Which the ATM didnt have money. Check out took 30mins from texting the “reception” and arriving to our rooms. At the price point of whatever I have paid - you are better off in a hotel tbh.

Condo with full amenities. Great view of KLCC from bath tub and roof top. Great location. About 10 mins walk to MRT and KLCC.

This place is clean and neat. We had a comfortable sleep at night. We also got to see a nice view especially at night. Our stay was really good since the room is complete with an oven, microwave, stove and even a water dispenser.

The view of balcony is able to see the Petronas Twin Towers, it is very nice. The service of ambassador is good, facilities haven’t been experienced. No food was provided.

Check in is terrible slow, please communicate with them before you reach the place. It takes one hour for me to do for the check in….. other than that, everything is ok
