My three-day stay at Tropicana Residences was fantastic! The clean and comfortable room, combined with the attentive and helpful staff, made my stay truly enjoyable. Their responsiveness to requests and genuine desire to ensure my comfort were commendable. I highly recommend Tropicana Residences for a pleasant and memorable experience.

There's nothing good about this place except the location & cleanliness. The price was abusive for such service. As a long-term expact in China, you'd be expecting to get much more or at least treated nicely when paying such an amount, especially in/around Asia. The moment you arrive, you'll be greeted with a bored/angry crowd waiting at a tiny lobby (I wouldn't call it a lobby, more likely an entrance). There is no receptionist, just a security guard who'd ask you to call the property manager to send someone to you with the keys & you can imagine how long that took. All the sockets in the room were UK version & there weren't any extensions, + they dont provide you any. so you'd have to walk across the road to a convenient store to buy one, which was overpriced, lol. The pillows on the bed were too high, which made it impossible for me to sleep. I had to use the sofa cushions! The swimming pool (which was the main selling point of this place) is NOTHING like the photos. And you'll get a message saying, the pool only fits 12 people whilst the gym 8 people only. And with this amount of people in the property, you can imagine the rest. And the cherry on top for all of that is that you have to throw your garbage away! So yeah, 220$ a night at this place is what you'll get. I'd never visit or recommend anyone to stay there. There are plenty of other options around the area for almost the same price & exceptional service + breakfast. Or step 1-2Km, and you'll get even a better deal for half of this price.

The hotel was a very pleasant experience all the way from the location to the service and staff. Especially the staff, insanely helpful. Anything I asked was replied to very quickly, no matter how many times I asked questions 😁 It's spacious and clean, and the rooftop swimming pool is a great experience.

5 minutes walk from the Petronas twin tower. The room is very clean and spacious. Tower View Room offers a wonderful view of the entire city. The view of the tower from the rooftop swimming pool is breathtaking. i will definitely book again on my next tour.

The view from the room is stunning. It’s a short walk across SURIA KLCC where there are a lot of restaurant options and a food court. The flat is clean and very spacious for two or even 4 people. Decor/furniture is simple yet modern and refined. It has all the necessities to make a stay away from home comfortable. Small details the water filter so no need to buy bottled water is very much appreciated. It’s very easy and fast to communicate through WHATSAPP. And I was surprised to know that contrary to what I have read in another review, they do have cleaning 😊. Will definitely look forward to coming back here. Had a pleasant 4 nights here! Thanks!

Great location with a great view which is just acropolis the Twin Towers. Room is very spacious and has apartment amenities: washing machine, dish washer. Since this is not a hotel, there is no Hotel services like Breakfast and In Room dining. But It has House keeping service. It is reasonable price for this location and view. Pool area is a great photo place. Overall good and recommend.
