Hotel Room: Amazing view, very good amenities. Room for improvements includes adding “make up room” button available in the two bedroom suite so that it is easy to notify the housekeeping. Gym: Amazing bird’s eye view of Klang Valley. Equipments are just basics. Room for improvements includes adding squat racks and cable machine. Sauna and spa: Steam bath and sauna available but it is turned off when not in use which is good. But it will look like the sauna is not operating, a briefing by the pool staff would be helpful and encourage usage. Restaurant: Only went to Roselle but the hotel does have 6 eateries on site. Shout out to Farhana and Nizam from Roselle for always being attentive. Check-in: We had a smooth check in process however hospitality can be improved since it is a 5-star hotel and under the Lexis brand. It lacks signature experience in my honest opinion as compared with other 5-star hotel. Parking: Parking is free for guests so it is a plus if you are renting a car like we did. Location: It is at the heart of the city tucked in a secluded area so it is less busy than the Jalan Bukit Bintang and Imbi area. Special shoutout to Terrence from Concierge for always welcoming us in the morning and after we are finished for the day arriving at the hotel.

We are here celebrating my husband birthday.. The kids really enjoy.. but the water in the pool to cold for us.. maybe can upgrade with the kids club for family friendly..

We had great stay during NY eve. Only can see partial fireworks from the room's balcony. Generally we love our room cause it so spacious for a group.

came here for new year's eve.. and it was a blast. the manager upgraded us to the panoramic suite, and it was just wonderful. loved our stay here.. probably one of the best new hotels in KL

I recently had the opportunity to stay at the Imperial Lexis Kuala Lumpur, and I was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service, prime location, and world-class amenities. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a friendly and attentive staff who promptly checked me in and escorted me to my room. The room itself was spacious, beautifully decorated, and well-appointed with modern amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was luxurious and well-stocked. The hotel's location is truly unbeatable, situated in the heart of Kuala Lumpur's Golden Triangle. It's within walking distance of major shopping malls, restaurants, and entertainment venues. The hotel also offers a complimentary shuttle service to popular attractions. The amenities at the Imperial Lexis Kuala Lumpur are second to none. The hotel boasts a stunning outdoor pool, a well-equipped fitness center, and a relaxing spa. There's also a rooftop bar with panoramic city views, making it the perfect spot to unwind after a long day of sightseeing. The service at the Imperial Lexis Kuala Lumpur was exceptional. The staff was always friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They were knowledgeable about the area and were happy to provide recommendations for restaurants, activities, and transportation. Overall, I highly recommend the Imperial Lexis Kuala Lumpur. It's a truly luxurious hotel with exceptional service, a prime location, and world-class amenities. I can't wait to return again in the future.

My experience of spending my new year’s eve at the hotel was very disappointing. I personally will never ever come back again. In our first room, the biggest issue we faced was that the aircon in the room did not work, and stayed at a constant temperature of 22 degrees celcius even when we adjusted the temperature to the extreme high of 40 degrees. The maintenance team came down on the second day and it was not resolved. We feed-backed to the hotel manager and she assigned us our second room, which had the same issue and we had to call the maintenance team down again. We were also faced with a few new issues of cleanliness such as dirty table tops (e.g. toothpaste residue in the toilet, random hair lying around and in the kettle), and being unable to connect to wifi after the room change. We wasted about 2 hours communicating with different staff teams and trying to settle into our new room. It was exhausting and such a waste of my precious holiday. Another very unpleasant experience I had was regarding viewing of countdown fireworks. When I asked the front desk about free access to the skydeck, the receptionist said that I have to pay a cover charge of RM250 for entry after 10pm on new year’s eve because they would be having a countdown party event. I was really upset about paying a premium price for the hotel rooms in order to gain complimentary access to the skydeck but needing to pay an extra amount for entrance just because it was new year’s eve. I asked the manager about this, and they confirmed that hotel guests could still access the skydeck for free. But even on the day itself, the staff at the lift lobby kept saying that I had to pay RM150 to enter. It was as if they were trying to lead the hotel guests into thinking that they have to pay an additional price to gain access to the skydeck. I was about to blow up before another staff came over to say that hotel guests could go in but we just wouldn’t be given any drinks. We didn’t care about drinks anyway, so why couldn’t they just let us go in after we showed them our room cards?? After we finally made it in, I was disappointed to find the gym closed because it had one of the best views of the twin towers. The staff themselves knew that too, and all went into the gym to take clear videos of the fireworks while we were on our toes struggling to even see the fireworks among the crowd outside. I know staff can have their own privileges but I can’t help but be unhappy about it because just the previous day my partner and I were in the gym discussing about how it had the perfect view and we could exercise while waiting for the fireworks. There were no signs that said the gym would be closed then, so we assumed that it was opened on new year’s eve as well. Fireworks were nice but I was so upset about the situation that I wasn’t able to enjoy it thoroughly. There were also other few areas that bugged me somewhat, but were not the dealbreakers (such as the body lotion being spoilt and smelling sour, or the soap dispenser being very hard to press down, or that there was only one chair in the room and we couldn’t figure out how to sit together while eating in our room, or dirt marks on bathing towel). The wifi in the room was really annoyingly slow (videos get stuck every 2 seconds), and we did feedback to the reception but they could only inform the IT team and nothing else could be done about it. Ofcourse there are plus points, such as the nice fruit plate that were given to us for our anniversary, the big room, the toiletries that were of good quality, good breakfast spread, and friendly staff. As much as I appreciated it, it did not make me feel better because these are part of my expectations for a five-star hotel. Perhaps I had expectations too high for the hotel just because it is a five-star, and may be way too subjective in my review. But all in all, I will not be coming back again.

We stayed two different rooms during our 5 days 4 nights, 2 nights at residence and 2 nights at panorama view suite which comes with swimming pool. As the hotel rooms are located at lower floor compare to residence suite, the view is not as nice as the residence suite. The room comes with complimentary bar which the housekeeper will replenish the supplies daily which surprised me as other hotel only provides 1 time complimentary mini bar. The response to our request for additional bath towel are fast (less than 10mins) as some hotels may take 20-30mins to deliver toiletries to you. The breakfast spread is sumptuous as they offer Malay, Indian, western, Chinese cuisines and even with live fruit juice station. We enjoyed our stay very much!!! Will definitely go back again!

Awesome place to stay, the check-in was seamless as we already did the pre-check in. Minus point was only on the elevator part especially during check out time.

Room amenities are great. The staff is very friendly n helpful. Good location and Love the view… Breakfast was awesome.

Location is in between other than that love the place and breakfast spread is amazing! Only complain is how slow the lifts were!

Very beautiful and breakfast spread is amazing. Cleanliness and service is top tier. Easily one of the best hotels I’ve stayed. Would love to come again soon. We even extended 1 more night because we love the hotel!
