Location was good. At reception we request to clean the room , nobody care what we are told them and the room didn’t clean that day. Second day after cleaned the room also didn’t clean toilet, didn’t wipe basin tab and mirror , not vacuum the floor . I requested towel not refill and then amenities also not refill.

The room was large and clean. The amenities were not as complete as listed on the website. Towels should include towels for use in the pool.

Actually it’s nice and the apartment is big , it’s highly recommended for families

The place is located in a busy and convenient area. It is a service apartment. In the building there are two different types of owners sharing it. We started with Luma’s. The room is big.it has living room and bedroom. It has cooking counter, they provide washing machine for clothes, refrigerator, microwave and utensils .just 5 minutes around you can find three shops as K mart or similar seven eleven etc. the store has the most things you need for light meals.just 25 minutes walk to the twins towers landmark. I booked two rooms, they are not on the same floor. One of the rooms is ok, but my room is bad.we arrived the place around 3 pm. The front desk person is nice. We went to the room stay in a while then we went to the twin towers and eat dinner there. I backed room prepared for a shower . My grandson found 4 ants walking around the bed. I went down to the front desk requesting change bedding, at the time about 11pm. They said couldn’t change rooms. I agreed. After my request they sent a gentleman to change bedding sheets and pillow cases, spayed something around the bed. I was not slept good, cause I warriors ants, also so noise from outside of the roads.even we were on 36 floors, motorcycle, car and elevator motor running all night long. The swimming pool’s view is great. You can see it in the picture. Room views are great too. The second day we woke up, checked the bed. It doesn’t have ants.thank god’s, I pray. We went the city tour with hop on and off double deck buses for a day. When we back to the room,moor ants around the kitchen counter and the bed. We don’t know what to do. For a long day outside, my grandson just wants me pick up those ants and sleep. Third day we joined a tour to the cable car mountain. Before we about to go out I sent a message to customer service, let them take out trash and spray the room.Same as every day, ants come visit. They left a spray in the room to let me do it. What are the sufferings of the place. I explained to the front desk, they first reaction is asking if the room has trash? What is the service in the world? The pool has good views, but the pool edge so slippery, my sister went to the steps while walked to the edge of the steps she fell down to the pool and hit her tailbone. She got hurt. The elevator waiting time is long for up and down. Out side of the room not enough light or sometimes is dark. Out side of the room has a big step with black color, when we check in, we almost fell off to the floor . They don’t provide any hand and face towels. That is unconvincing for staying in the room. That is the bad experience I had ever gotten in my life.

We had booked a 2 bedroom suite for 4 nights. Check in - Note that baggage handing by your own. No support. On the first night and next morning, we shared multiple issues we faced in the room (hot water, bathroom lock, etc) with the service management team. However the team was not able to resolve all the issues and I had to call the reservation team to seek for change in room. Has to undergo an ordeal as part of room changing with family members (2 kids) and no support. The new room was well equipped and in order (minor issues overlooked as this is serviced apartment not a hotel) Cleanliness and housekeeping- You need to text them and many times they will take time to respond. No number to call. Check out - Smooth, handover the keys and if you paid deposit via credit card you can head out quickly. Best things- - Location is amazing, almost walking distance to KLCC, Bukit Bintang,etc - View is amazing from the rooftop and the room as well Note to management- Manage swimming pool access by allocating slots to the guests.. it’s always crowded and most of the people don’t follow rules of swimwear and cleanliness. We has to opt out from swimming looking at the conditions.
