It's a worth for money. The location was top notch , it's a good place to stay with family.

So many positive things about Riveria. First of all the location is spot on (especially if you like brickfields!) and a few minutes from sentral train station and mall. The room is cozy clean and has al the essentials. The pool, the gym and the common areas are spot on, absolutely perfect to unwind and relax with a dreamy view! Please note that a 200 ryggits is required at the checkin (online payment only) Lastly if you are a trip diamond member you get late checkout which is a treat!

Excellent value for a clean modern room with a kitchenette and great amenities. Close to transport and shopping. Ticks all the boxes. Just need to be diligent and patient with planning ahead for your che check in.

You know what? This is the best room I've ever stayed in—so spacious and super clean! 💓The best part is they have a microwave oven—damn, I could reheat my food so easily. And guess what? They even have Netflix, bruhhh!! ❤️🔥🔥You can also watch YouTube. For sure, I’ll be staying here again. And not to forget—their admin is SO friendly!🫂❤️Super easy to contact, and I got my deposit back on time. To you, dear admin, I'm so sorry for the late review—I’ve been super busy. Location is 10 minutes walk from KL Sentral which is excellent. Do note that they don't provide parking. Can be better if they provide bottled drinking water or filtered water. Building facilities is quite good but lift is a bit slow. Not so flexible with check in check out time.

Unit type is the same. Self check in and check out. Tooth brush everything is self provided. Check every cleanness before next tenant.

I’ve stayed in many places, but this was by far the **worst experience** I’ve ever had. I booked through Ctrip for the first time, and because the price was ridiculously cheap, I thought it would be a good deal. I couldn’t have been more wrong. As soon as I opened the door, the **place smelled like absolute sewage**. I’m not exaggerating—**it literally smelled like ******. After looking around, I discovered the stench was coming from the toilet. The sewage area was disgusting—**full of hair, filth, and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in forever**. It was clear no one had bothered to do any maintenance. The **floors were covered in sand**, like they hadn’t been swept or mopped in ages. I could barely walk without feeling like I was walking on dirt. And the **bed sheets**? They were covered in dirt, so much so that I could tell they hadn’t been changed. The **pillowcases** were gross too. And they charged me for cleaning fees? How is that even possible when the place is a disaster? I immediately reached out to the host via WhatsApp to complain. They replied the next morning with a weak “thank you” and completely ignored the severity of the situation. Then, as if it wasn’t bad enough, out of nowhere, they messaged me at **5:58 PM** to say they’d send a cleaner at **6:30 PM**. **What kind of service is this?** I didn’t come here to deal with cleaning problems! I came to relax on holiday, not clean up someone else’s mess. I’ve heard people talk about Homebrickz, but after this **nightmare of an experience**, I can honestly say I will **never** book with them again. The place was filthy, the service was non-existent, and it was **not worth the price at all**. I’m beyond disappointed. I’ve attached a picture for proof, and trust me, you **do not booked here**

Overall, I really enjoyed my stay. The view from my room was stunning, and the location was super convenient, being just a short distance from NU Central Mall and KL Sentral Station. It made getting around the city so easy!

Stayed here recently and it was awesome! The location is perfect—so many great restaurants around, and public transport is super close, which made getting around really easy. Plus, the view from my room was amazing. Definitely recommend this spot if you want somewhere central and with a nice view!

Room was filthy when I checked in and smelt terrible! After complaining they came and gave it a 5 min clean up but still left toothpaste on the walls in the bathroom. Other rooms have Netflix already to go. This one no tv channels. Check out was simple though..

the condition of the room is very good, clean, cheap... just far from restaurants, cofee and sugar are not available... anything is good enough for me... another day I will come and rent this room.. thanks

Last min to stay and found this fantastic accomodation. Very nice view on the top floor, nice room and nice person to contact with. definitely will come back again 😉
