The pillow is as always A+, very comfy and clean. However as for this time, i find the aircond is quite hot and water pressure for flush is slow. Probably can do some maintenance but overall is okay.

Everything small in this hotel 🤣 the sink basin was sooo cute, as big as my palm🤣 the bathroom is small too. If u are more than 90kg I think you will have a problem using the bathroom and toilet. They have comfy bed, blanket and pillows are good. The female reception is cute and very helpful - with tudung. . She deserves a remuneration and increment of salary she is doing her job very well. Good budget hotel but not suitable for family.

The rooms are small, and the water that comes out of the pipe is all connected to one central point. So when you want to shower, you will experience shortage of water in many occasions, because other people are also using it. The wifi speed and the comfy bed are very good. Sound isolation is very bad, you can hear people honking outside sometimes, and hear people clearly in the corridor.

Wonderful hotel, although small and clean without windows, but the bed is soft and gives me a good sleep! Counter staff very friendly and helpful. Thanks 🥰

Front desk lady Miss Nurlin provided very good service to upgraded my room . Room size just nice . Only the water heater pressure having some problem on that day . Hotel location very convenient surrounding many shop restaurants in 5 minutes walk can reach many shopping mall TRX & Lot10 /pavilion / time square/sungai wang … Room price reasonable.

Too much noise in the ceiling

When reached there, hotel said booking already canceled, and will refund. But until today still haven’t get back refund! Cheat ! Booking on 1 Dec!

房間清潔度非常差 嚴重懷疑床單根本都沒換...上面還有泡麵麵條... 然後馬桶永遠是堵塞超噁心 重點明明訂的是另一間分店 結果卻給我這間比較偏的 再來，要退房時請小心 今天要拿回押金都找不到人 等了很久才出現 下次再去吉隆坡絕對不會再訂此間飯店
