I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The environment is fantastic, offering a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options to choose from. Most importantly, the hotel is located right in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, making shopping and traveling around the city incredibly convenient. The staff were all very polite and attentive, providing excellent service throughout my stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting KL!

The room itself was spacious, offering plenty of comfort and a well-appointed setup that made my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, JW Marriott KL remains a top choice for me, and I will definitely be returning in the future. Highly recommended for its value, convenience, and large, comfortable rooms!

Impeccable service. I was given a huge room without windows when I checked in, and when I asked for a change for the second night as I didn’t like the room set-up, thinking I’ll make the switch in the afternoon, they sent someone up to hand me the new room card and help to transfer my luggage, and this was around 1030am. These simple gestures makes all the difference in a stay.

I had a wonderful stay here. The location was perfect for someone who loves to do shopping and exploring the city centre. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. I got upgraded for the room and surprisingly the room was so spacious with really comfortable bed. Despite of the hotel beside of main road, soundproof of the room really impressive when not even heard a sound. The breakfast spread had wide variety options with a decent quality. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel offered a great environment and an excellent location, with convenient access to surrounding shopping centers. The staff were exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable, ensuring a pleasant stay. Room service was outstanding, and housekeeping maintained cleanliness daily, replenishing all amenities. Guests could also enjoy numerous on-site dining options, adding to the overall convenience and comfort of the experience.

After the delayed things, i’ve got sweet surprise from the receptions, i think they upgraded me to the suite one.. After almost 5 years coming back to this hotel but everything still remain the same.. Breakfast and room was💕💕💕💕💕✅

The room was superb.amenities were good, i love the bathtub, hot shower, matress was super good. There was 1 part maybe need attention, the tv. Channels were messed up, cannot chromecast not sure why.

The Japanese buffet restaurant was fantastic. Hotel was clean and the location was convenient. However, the check-in experience was average as I had to initiate an upgrade.

This is our first time booked JW Marriot. We booked Deluxe room but upgraded us to Executive room . Their customer service is good and very polite , it’s amazed me. The cons part is the mineral water provided in the room. It’s hard to open and WiFi quite poor , we always got disconnected. The overall experience it’s good and definitely will be back again .

Great location, smacked in the middle of the city. Pavilion KL is just 5 mins away.

This hotel has always been our favorite place to stay. It has a fantastic location, great service, and clean rooms with good facilities. It is our top choice for long-term hotel stays in this area.

We booked deluxe king room but there is no deluxe king room in higher floor, they said. So there is no good view as we expected. The view is not outside but the mall of JW Marriot. But it is fine because our room was updated for bigger room, I do not remember what type of the room. About location, it is the best location for who would like to enjoy for bukit bintang area. But for the who would like to use the grab/car and go city tour, the traffic jam of the road in front of the JW Marriot might brother you.

Our first time to stay in this hotel. Very convenient location and nice hotel with good services.
