Check in procedure was smooth, front desk Omar was super friendly, he checked me in and out after 3 nights. Hilton did a very good initiative by sending the whatapps messages to check on my daily request. It really helps so that I can place my request even though I wasn't in the hotel. That's incredibly awesome! Breakfast selection was great! The chicken rendang and Teh Tarik are my favourite 😍. Didnt expect to have teh tarik in the hotel, the manager was so great to even "tarik" the tea for me! Housekeeping team was awesome too! Our room was cleaned and neat everyday. Hilton KL is always my first choice, will definitely come back.

I really love my stay here. I booked a room with dinner and breakfast, overall the food quality is a top notch. Dinner with selection of seafoods was so lovely. Parking fee rm5 per entry and need to validate at concierge. Definitely will come again soon

I recently stayed at the Hilton Kuala Lumpur and had a mix of positive and less favourable experiences. On the bright side, the service was excellent; despite a long line at checkout, the staff was attentive and even offered me a complimentary drink while I waited, which was a nice touch. The hotel’s swimming pool is a standout feature—it's massive with a stunning view, perfect for a relaxing day by the water. However, the room itself fell short in a few areas. The interior feels a bit outdated, with noticeable wear. There were cracks in the bathroom tiles, and unfortunately, the toilet got stuck and wouldn’t flush, which was inconvenient. Additionally, some design aspects were frustrating. The window blinds had a large gap between the frame and the rolling sunblind, allowing sunlight to filter through in the early morning, which woke me up. The bathroom blind also aligns directly opposite the bed, letting in more light than I would have liked. Overall, while I appreciated the excellent service and the lovely pool, the room’s condition and design could benefit from an update to ensure a more comfortable stay.

Located opposite the MRT KL Sentral. It is super convenient to travel anywhere via trains. It was our tenth anniversary and so we decided to come here for a short staycation. Upon request the hotel surprised us with a good bedroom deco and a free Red Velvet cake. The hotel buffet breakfast has a splendid spread and tastes good. The swimming pool is big and equipped with a children's pool, waterfall, slide, and even a hot tub. The gym is open 24 hours so it is convenient for those fitness enthusiasts. The room is clean and the staff is overwhelmingly friendly. We enjoyed our stay very much and definitely will come back again!

Great location. Room is quite big and nice, even though some of the items are a bit old (for my room, the cabinet door not good and bathtub faucet had an issue). For room amenities, I’ve seen better in other 5-star hotel. Lounge was quite good during the afternoon tea, but somehow quite a let down during evening cocktail. Initially they served beef sambousek which was nice, then they ran out of it and replacing it with vegetable spring roll. Not long after that, they put back something in the same shape as beef sambousek and claiming it was the same menu, but it was only containing potatoes (dont think there was any meat in it). The staff also keep on forgetting my drink order and I had to remind them couple of times. While overall it was quite ok, I’m sure there is plenty of room for improvement for this hotel.
