Great location. I was here attending a conference, I booked a King executive room. The room was clean and all amenities were available. The executive lounge service and food was good with free flow drinks from 6pm to 8pm. The breakfast spread was great too. Especially liked the Prawn Bisque Omelette and 'Roti Canai Sarang Burung'.

The experience was amazing. Truly the hilton experience. Check-in lobby executives greeted you whenever you passed them, assisted with most queries. I was given the 30th floor, and the lift lobby had a view of the garden, and the room had a city view. All 3 nights stay was peaceful, quiet, and housekeeping did an amazing job! Strongly recommend hilton KL if you're here the next time! And best is that it is only 50 mins away from Genting Premium Outlets!

It was a nice stay for 4 days. The place and the staff were friendly, especially House Kipper called Helal. Every day he arranged and made beautiful shapes for us with towels. I recommend this hotel. and by the way, the food with them is delicious

Most disappointing is no message as promised when room is ready since we did checkin earlier. So, finally we got back at 4pm and check by ourself. Very old style hotel in comparison with others. Deposit is still required and release amount takes 7-14 days. You can tell from the room that is quite old hotel as the wood was a bit torn. And room is dark for family even with all lights on. Maybe better if the light can be adjustable to fit all types of customers. A bit overpriced in this kind of room as similar price may got a suite in Bukit Bintang. Only impressed by the swimming pool with slide.

This morning, as I was heading out, I happened to meet the housekeeping staff and asked them to replace the pillowcase as I noticed an odor. When I returned to my room in the evening, the entire space felt refreshed and revitalized. There was a lovely bouquet of fresh flowers on the desk, and the office desk featured beautifully folded towel creations—a pair of swans and a little bear. Such thoughtful details truly impressed me. The staff also left a warm and heartfelt note, which made my day. Thank you so much for your care and attention, making my vacation even more enjoyable.

Throughly enjoyed our stay, was sad that we were unable to get later check out despite checking in 8 hours later on our check in day. Love the room size and bathtub!

Good Location, good service and nice staff and very clean hotel

It’s so convenient that this hotel is connected to KL Sentral station via underground linkway. The room is clean and beautiful city view.

it's actually the best hotel I have been so far, it's very very clean,  the location is perfect, I went there by mrt, can be reached so conveniently as everything is linked, service is very good, all polite staff! I didn't use the facilities but paid a visit to the swimming pool, it looks like Sunday lagoon with the" waterfall thing" overall its a very good experience, highly recommend! look at the photo, how considerate :) event I didn't request any

Check in procedure was smooth, front desk Omar was super friendly, he checked me in and out after 3 nights. Hilton did a very good initiative by sending the whatapps messages to check on my daily request. It really helps so that I can place my request even though I wasn't in the hotel. That's incredibly awesome! Breakfast selection was great! The chicken rendang and Teh Tarik are my favourite 😍. Didnt expect to have teh tarik in the hotel, the manager was so great to even "tarik" the tea for me! Housekeeping team was awesome too! Our room was cleaned and neat everyday. Hilton KL is always my first choice, will definitely come back.

I really love my stay here. I booked a room with dinner and breakfast, overall the food quality is a top notch. Dinner with selection of seafoods was so lovely. Parking fee rm5 per entry and need to validate at concierge. Definitely will come again soon
