This hotel is amazing! The facilities (Pools, bar) are great. They also have an overflow breakfast option so we didn’t have to wait long which was great. Overall amazing stay! Plus it’s within walking distance to the Twin towers!

Our stay at the hotel started off wonderfully. The check-in process was smooth, and the service was superb. While my husband checked in, a staff member surprised us with toys and stickers for our three kids and shared information about the amenities. Our room offered a lovely view of the KL Tower. They could transform the sofa bed into regular bed. Since we visited during Ramadan, we enjoyed sahur at Four Points Sheraton, which had a great menu. However, we faced two significant issues. First, there was disruptive “rempit” (illegal motor racing) noise late at night, making it difficult to sleep. I finally understood why the hotel provided earplugs, as the noise only quieted down around 5 AM. It's concerning that the hotel hasn't addressed this issue with local authorities. Second, I accidentally left my SK II Facial Treatment Gentle Cleanser behind. My husband called to check if it was found, but we never received any follow-up, which left me upset. While we appreciated many aspects of our stay, these incidents make us unsure about returning in the future.

Location : Great, within Walking distance to KLCC Staff: Extremely friendly and helpful Room: big and clean and comfortable Toilet: clean and tidy, hot water doesn’t run out regardless of how much you use it Only bad thing is their policy for the room deposit, I stayed there for 4 nights and they took 800 myr from me (200 per night) I’ve stayed at far more famous/expensive hotels and never encountered this, my booking was fully prepaid but still they decided to take such a huge amount of deposit from me, and then, when I checked out I was told that I will receive my deposit back with 3 to 4 days, it’s been over a week right now and I still haven’t received it, and when I called the hotel regarding this issue, they told me that the bank is slow in processing the refund Regardless of who’s responsible for the refund and the delay in the refund, it’s unacceptable for me as the customer to be kept waiting without being informed properly prior to it For this reason I will never stay at this hotel anymore

Our stay started on a great note with warm hospitality, a smooth check-in process, and even an unexpected room upgrade. However, the experience took a turn upon entering the room, where we were greeted by an unpleasant smell—reminiscent of "fried oil" from kitchen ventilation. It seemed as though the exhaust system had redirected the odors into our room rather than out. The smell intensified by morning, prompting us to inform the front desk after returning from breakfast. They sent someone to address the issue, but communication was challenging as he didn't fully grasp the problem. He sprayed something, but the odor persisted. When we returned from swimming, the issue remained, so we contacted the front desk again. This time, a more experienced staff member immediately recognized the strong odor upon entering the room. The engineering team suspected it was due to the lounge above and recommended a room change. The front desk assisted with the move, though interestingly, the new room did not maintain our initial upgrade. Nevertheless, the change resolved the issue, and we could finally enjoy our stay. Beyond the room issue, the water park, swimming pool, and kids' play area were highlights. We appreciated the presence of attentive staff ensuring safety—constantly reminding guests to avoid running on wet floors and enforcing necessary restrictions. We also dined at the pool bar, where the food was delicious, though on the pricey side. The portions were generous, making it somewhat justifiable, and the overall experience there was enjoyable. Unfortunately, the checkout process had a minor setback. I was overcharged, but due to time constraints, I couldn’t address it on the spot. After following up with Trip.com, I was informed that the hotel would refund the difference. Overall, the service at check-in, the pool bar, and from various staff members was commendable. Despite the room odor and overcharge issue, the stay was enjoyable, thanks to the excellent hospitality and well-maintained facilities. However, it raises concerns about how a room with such a strong smell was assigned in the first place. Addressing these minor setbacks would make for an even better guest experience.

My girls and I had wonderful surprise upon checking in because I casually mentioned it’s a birthday staycation and they got it decorated with cake and it was all warm welcome. So homey that my girls looking fwd to next again. Well done to giving great hospitality to your patrons.

Spacious room. Amenities suitable for family stay. My daughter had great time in the playground n swimming pool.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful hotel and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff impressed me with their exceptional hospitality. From the security guards to the front desk team and even the restaurant manager, everyone served us with a genuine smile, making us feel truly welcome at every turn. The service and the food were nothing short of excellence—each meal was a culinary delight, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. Dining here was one of the highlights of my stay. My room was located in a peaceful corner of the hotel, offering a stunning view of the pool. It was the perfect spot to relax and unwind. To my surprise and delight, the room was decorated with a thoughtful birthday decoration, which added a personal and heartwarming touch to my stay. Nice hotel...staff very friendly and even come to the room offering additional amenities/coffees to us...kids enjoy the pool too...overall we enjoy the stay here 🙂

Walking distance to KLCC. Very friendly staff and nice exec lounge, swimming pool and fantastic gym facilities. Will stay again next trip. Recommended.

Good location: near KLCC, Pavilion Mall and The Exchange TRX. Nice breakfast: lots of choice and different types of breakfast. Good to stay: comfortable, clean, and big bed
