Bekvämt beläget bredvid paviljongen och nära Kuala Lumpurs gyllene triangel. Det finns för få typer av frukost, inte i linje med det fyrstjärniga hotellet, liknande expresshotellet.

Allmän hygien. Femte våningen är ok, det känns lite nytt. Nära Parkson är shopping super bekvämt

The hotel is very clean and has a great location—you just need to cross the bridge to reach the pavilion. It also has a nice swimming pool surrounded by tall buildings. I’d love to go back one day if possible!

The single bed is smaller compared to the normal single bed in the other hotel. The hotel also feels a bit old. But since the location is good & the price is affordable i think it's still a good choice if you are going to Kuala lumpur.

Overall great experience staying in NOVOTEL. Walking distance to Pavillion Bukit Bintang. Great location. Breakfast was so so.

Hotel has been renovated and the lobby is still under renovation. Concierge was helpful and efficient. Front desk check in & out was smooth. Room is comfortable with new room design but the single bed is smaller than other hotels we stayed at. Overall a good stay and location excellent.

It’s close to major attractions like Pavilion KL, KL Tower, and Petronas Twin Towers, with easy access to public transportation. Rooms & Comfort The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with modern amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the city view from the window was stunning. The housekeeping team did an excellent job of keeping everything spotless throughout my stay. Dining Experience The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices, including local Malaysian dishes and international favorites. The food was fresh and delicious, with plenty of healthy options available. The on-site restaurant also had a great ambiance for evening dining. Facilities & Services The gym, swimming pool, and business center were all well-maintained and convenient. The pool area provided a great place to relax after a long day. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was a big plus for both work and entertainment. Service & Hospitality The staff at Novotel truly went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. Overall okay but the room is still not ready yet when arrive around 4.30pm. Staffs are friendly and willing to help. The hair dryers is a bit malfunction

Fantastic stay here at Novotel. Hotel is 2 minutes walking distance to Pavillion mall and you can shop and eat all you want. Will book here for my stay next time

Pleasant stay at over at Novotel, would definitely stay again. Room was well furnished, clean, elegant looking. Everything was working as expected. Loved that every room also has filtered water, instead of having bottled water provided. Air conditioning was responsive tho a little loud, but not a huge deal for me. Soundproofing of the room was great, don’t hear any noise coming from neighbouring rooms, other than the people when they walk past the rooms, but pretty muted. Service is great. From reception, to concierge, to housekeeping, to maintenance, to room service. Always smiling, greeting, offering assistance. Gym and pool were always clean and well maintained. Lobby was also pleasant and always smelled nice, definitely adds to the experience. Will definitely return!

Nice hotel near Pavillion. Hope there will be covered walk way to the conx bridge. Breakfast was nice too and the staff also friendly. Will stay again when we go to KL next year. Also will recommend friends and family members.
