Lobbyn ligger på 41:a våningen och gästrummen ligger på de nedre våningarna. Rummet var stort och mycket rent. Utsikten utanför fönstret är mycket bra. Platsen är nära Little India och en tunnelbanestation från KL Sentral station. väldigt passande

Love this hotel, has been stay here for 3 times already. The bed is superbly comfortable and the pillow also. The view is amazing and the swimming pools are great.

Check-in was fast when we arrived late in the evening. Service request was prompt. Location isn’t right smack in the middle but convenient enough. The only hassle was switching lifts. We took Grab wherever we went. If you’re looking to catch the LRT, there’s a direct link from the hotel to Bangsar LRT. Hotel provides a complimentary shuttle service to nearby malls - Midvalley / Bangsar Village / KL Sentral, however do note advance booking is required as it gets filled up very quickly. Last stayed at this hotel a few years ago and it’s still very well maintained. Room size is great! No bathtubs though but that’s OK for us.

Located in old neighbourhoods, need to switch three lifts before reaching hotel room. Some plugs in the hotel room not functioning. Towel for black spots. A bit disappointing given its five star status. But staff are nice and helpful. Amazing night view.

Beautiful hotel. A distance from the city centre but can easily grab or drive. If not, its great for a relaxation stay.

Value for money. 5 mins walk to Bangsar LRT via a bridge linked to the hotel. Room is spacious and interior is modern. Parking is inside hotel building equipped with CCTV. Valet parking is available too. High quality breakfast!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Alila Bangsar, and it was an exceptional experience. The spacious room was beautifully appointed with all the necessary amenities, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. However, navigating the hotel's lifts was a bit of a challenge. From the carpark, we had to take a lift to Level 1, then transfer to another lift to reach the front desk, and finally, take yet another lift to access the rooms. While this was a minor inconvenience, it didn't detract from the overall excellence of our stay.

Room is nice with very good services

A stylish and modern hotel. I went with my mom and had the twin bed room. Everything was fine. One hiccup was we saw a cockroach, I had to kill it otherwise we'll be thinking about it all night. Cleanliness is a huge consideration when it comes to hotel rooms for me... Other than that, everything was great, love their architecture and interior design. Beautiful view.
