My Hotel @ Sentral recensioner

Excellent location. Some rooms are small. Close to kl sentral. Many restaurant nearby. They have cloakroom facility. Convenient and comfortable

This is my 4th time stayed here. A very nice hotel. Walking distance to NU Mall. Even u can have 7E, KK Mart and Mamak restaurant just about next building. A very good hotel to stay with good price.

good location ， not fat from stations

Good place to stay for a few days as its very near to kl sentral, the price overall is quite reasonable too, its just that the area is hard to find parking if u are driving a car.

Big patches of molds right side top windows wall Overall all amenities/hotel needs urgent renovation or at list fresh paint. A/C units black from mold and dust accumulated over time and not cleaned. Room nr 407 need urgent attention from maintenance personnel.

Only thing is the location room is basic and no tv channels at all while I rest in my room also no provided toilet paper . Maybe they think is a  budget hotel and not not necessary fill up everything , if you’re not ask for quality, this is one can think about that

Staff at the hotel were welcoming and helpful. The room was pretty basic, the walls and paint a bit worse for wear but water was hot, bed was comfortable and the wifi was high speed. Location was good; plenty of coffee shops and restaurants around. Certainly not bad.

It’s clean and tidy. Spacious room with a very good and affordable price. Very convenient and super near to kl sentral.

Clean and tidy. No toothbrush offered. The location is very close to the shopping mall and the KL Sentral. can hear noise from nearby room while midnight , providing that the other guest in other room. Once other guest walks along the outside corridor but speaks loudly. Because my room is close to the elevator.

i know this is the budget hotel. but i found dirty spot inside the room. especially the closet. when I'm about to use it, the closet was super dirty. it has pee stain on it and stinky. i found spoiled food inside the fridge. 🤢 you need to improve the cleanness for sure.

Room cleaning was not performed on the 1st day, informed receptionist then was done on the 2nd day onwards.  Overall acceptable hotel and good location

This is my second time staying at this hotel. Great location as near to all the transportation network via KL. Lots of restaurants around the hotel and NU Mall very nearby. Excellent service from all the staff at Reception (Yuvankumar and Swaty) and Housekeeping (Rana). The only downside was that my room was on the second floor and the noise from the traffic can disturb your sleep. This is rightly a non-smoking hotel but I could smell tobacco on the 2nd floor lobby area and reported it to Reception (Yuvankumar) who said they will investigate. My room was close to the lift and I could smell tobacco smoke in the room as well which was offputting as I am a non-smoker. In summaty, a comfortable stay and would stay here again.
