My Hotel @ Sentral recensioner

This is my 4th time stayed here. A very nice hotel. Walking distance to NU Mall. Even u can have 7E, KK Mart and Mamak restaurant just about next building. A very good hotel to stay with good price.

Clean and tidy. No toothbrush offered. The location is very close to the shopping mall and the KL Sentral. can hear noise from nearby room while midnight , providing that the other guest in other room. Once other guest walks along the outside corridor but speaks loudly. Because my room is close to the elevator.

i know this is the budget hotel. but i found dirty spot inside the room. especially the closet. when I'm about to use it, the closet was super dirty. it has pee stain on it and stinky. i found spoiled food inside the fridge. 🤢 you need to improve the cleanness for sure.

Location very strategic, easy access to public transport and easy to find halal restaurant. Staf called Swathi very helpful both conversation through phone and on front dest. Hotel price affordable. Iron provided in good condition nit cause your cloth burn.

Clean hotel with basic amenities and responsive front desk. The hotel was strategically located with lots of cheap and delicious eatery around. It's a bit noisy due to traffic and as our room was located on the 2nd floor.

I had informed the hotel about my late check- in time by email as I was travelling from Langkawi. As there was no reply or acknowledgement of my email for a while, I phoned the hotel to make sure they are aware of my late chdck-in. The Receptuon said that was OK but had not seen my email which was disappointing. On arrival at the hotel, the check-in was smooth. Double Room was as expected and booked. Communications (especially replies to emails ) could be and should be improved for a better customer service and experience. It looks like the hotel email inbox is unmanned, even the email address provided by Agoda remains unanswered to this day! Hence the lower score on customer service.

Okay,good. Been stay for 4D3N and everything is good. Room clean,serve by staff good,cleaning and top up drinking water, soap, shampoo, towel also tide up my room too.

I had a fantastic stay at this place! The prices were very comfortable for solo travelers like me, and the location was super convenient—just a 5-10 minutes walk from KL Sentral. Plus, the quick 28-minutes via express MRT to Kuala Lumpur International Airport made it even better. The services were top-notch too. Highly recommended!

The room is spacious & clean, they provide a hair dryer in the room, amenities are enough but they don’t give a shampoo only shower gel & they only gave 1 shower gel per day for 2 people room. The fridge is a lil bit noisy. The location is very near KL Sentral, only 5 minutes walk. My 2nd time stay here and will be back again when i visit kl in the future

Aircond was not Cooling at all. Have to call maintenance yet they was giving same lame answers that service was just done and that the best they can do.. I insisted them to check, they was talking among themselves in their own mother tongue language and went to check for the aircond outside of the room and managed to fix the problem after coaxing them.. if you did not coax them on the matter they will offer you to keep changing the room

Located just opposite NU Sentral which is very convenient. Furnitures are quite worn out and cleanliness is acceptable.

Good and decent hotel .. near to nu Sentral mall and KL sentral mrt stations.. nice ambience

Amazing budget hotel! I paid less than RM100 for 1 night, but the quality is exceptional. The room is clean and spacious. It doesn't have any funky smell. The only thing missing? Toothbrush 😅 Otherwise, service is good too. Lobby is clean.
