I really enjoyed my stay at Wyndham Grand Bangsar. I only paid RM200++ for a night, which is super worth it for what I get. The hotel feels classy the moment you walk in. The lobby looks elegant, got a few F&B shops around the lobby area. Parking is free for hotel guests, and the hotel location is very convenient, easy access to PJ or KL city. The room was spacious and had all the facilities you’d expect from a 5-star hotel. I booked a twin bed room but requested if they had a queen bed, of which they didn’t, but the staff were kind enough to push the twin beds together to make a big comfy bed. It worked perfectly. One of the highlights? The bathtub. It totally gave off that "spacation" vibe — deep, comfy and the best part, you can watch TV from the tub. Loved that! 🥰 The staff were super friendly. I showed up really early for check-in (around 10am), registered first and hung out at a cafe at the lobby doing my work. Around 11.30am, they called me over and said my room was ready. Thats 3.5 hours before official check-in time! Really appreciated that kind of hospitality. Even wonderful when they allowed me to opt for late checkout around 1pm, no extra charge 🤗 If I had to point out anything to improve. The parking area is a bit tight at the corners, so bigger cars might struggle a bit. And like most 5-star hotels, the TV channels were pretty standard and boring. Would be nice if they had smart TVs or at least let you connect your phone to watch Netflix or other stuff, something Airbnb and serviced residences usually offer. All in all, would definitely come again and be treated wonderfully 😎

Pleasant one night stay at the Wyndham Grand Hotel in the Bangsar area, great services from all staff, tried the Happy Hour Spa, walking distance of 15 mins to the opposite KL Gateway Shopping Mall, only one feedback is that the housekeeping cleaning services can be slightly improved as previous leftover hair strains can be observed in the bathroom 😬

Room poorly maintain, working chair damaged, toilet is dirty, dust & terrible ceiling and please skip the breakfast. Not recommended to stay.

Hotel is clean and with a big bath tub, which is a surprise to me. Love to have a hot bath after a tiring day. Check in and check out was quick and easy. Not to mention the complimentary free parking. I had a good sleep as it is super quiet at night. Will definitely stay in this hotel again.

Affordable hotel room with bathtub Huge room, big bathtub (my kids loves it), friendly staff. I accidently left my cloth in the bathroom. After 8hours realize missing cloth, call the hotel to check. The housekeeping help to keep the cloths. The staff very helpful. Breakfast was OK, Variety of choices. But 5years ago during my stay at this hotel, the breakfast selection are more variety. But now still OK la Will defenitely come back again for staycation.

I arrived at 0020am. Got free upgraded to grand deluxe room. I extended my stays and also can remain on the same room (even i booked standard room). Very spacious room and toilet. I went to work for 2 days at Kepong and left my 10yr old boy alone. This place is safe. Dont worry about ghst or anything else.

Overall is good. But the cleanliness needs to be improved. Bedsheets have stain on it. Breakfast choices not much variety.
