If you want to live with insects, you're in the right place. The rooms are dirty and dusty, there are a lot of cockroaches in the shower and on the bed itself.

Hotel area have a few food stall. 10 mins walk can reach Lot 10 mall and Berjaya Times Square mall. 15 mins walk will be able to reach Pavilion mall.

Cleanliness: the bed **** is stained will blood and cockroach is like everywhere in the room; Location: you might think it is good to live in the center of Bukit bintang. The truth is that the TikTok influencer is singing on the road until midnight Service: I really can’t recall that because the dustbin is not even cleaned when I checked in; Amenity: the basement is a message shop, so the gate cannot be locked even in the midnight. Not so safe.

Service is quite ok, but they did not change the linen every day. 4 days i star at Cardogan Hotel, they didn't change the comforter dirty with stain.

Got the room in this hotel with a high price since it's a peak season. Glad only got to stay for one night. The hotel is not family-friendly (especially when you have kids). The are cokcroaches in the room. The room have an unpleasant smell. Location wise, it's very strategic. Not recommended for family trip.

Small room, furniture is old, the worst thing about this hotel is a stinky smell and there is no abiility to open a windows to have some fresh air from the street, but you get a lot of noise from outside because of everyday night music shows.

Very well situated hotel on Bukit Bintang close to restaurants, shops, and almost opposite the mrt. Though a bit dated, the room was comfortable and large. Receptionists and other staff were courteous and helpful. Quite happy with my stay at Cardogan hotel.
