Not too bad a hotel. Excellent location. Downside is very noisy at night even on 12th floor

Too small, no space to even open my luggage. Toilet is super dirty looking. No matter how long and how many times anybody cleans this room and the toilet, it will still look dirty. Not as seen in the photo, please don’t be fooled. I also got sick when i stay here so i decided to book another hotel and move out right away.

i have nothing to say about this hotel . room is too small , smely , and the child of cockroaches everywhere . one more thing when you are in toilet midnight and want to use waters but no water for few moment then how is you feelings .

Cleanliness is totally out. Consider expensive. However, the front office staff is excellent.

Room so small with door no safety lock.... TV also have few problem mmm..... price for this room expensive....but so far anything ok customer service also good.....

The location is good. Easy access to the city. Very near to bukit bintang & easy to find food. The room is abit small and abit dirty. Maybe can upgrade in the future. Overall is good.

The location is very good! Next to tigerstreet, and also most touristic attractions not far away... Rooms were clean, but looked very outdated and definitely can need a renovation... Also crane at the bathroom was leaking on the floor... It is ok for one night. But for longer stay would not book.

Location is great. Close to Bukit Bintang. Though just need to improve the cleanliness and ventilation of room

Nice hotel

Great place to stay! Will bokk again . the hotel is very near and walking distance going to Lot 10 and Pavillion . the staff is very nice and the hotel is very alive at night because of the busking outside
