Its is very convience and easy to access to my seminar , and it provide parking for stay. Nearby gsvd alot of restaurant and food drinking area. Only disadvantage is 2 room apartment only have 1 toilet but accepted Price is still abit at the high side, may be event seminar around most hotel is occupied

Have a great stay at this hotel. Located not far from twin tower

Service and hotel room was good. We picked the newly renovated room.. BUT the parking space was totally a NO. My car got SCRATCHED when entering the hotel basement parking.. Worst decision ever parking down there. Should have parked beside the hotel where there is an open space parking that is charged RM15 per night. Now need to fix the scratches on my car. Hmmm..

Nice location, can walk to KLCC, there are some stains on the pillows and bedsheet, room is spacious .

Bedroom & living room was spacious and clean. Two TVs were a plus point. Husband & I watched our movies in the bedroom while kids watched their shows in the living room. Excellent dining table, big refrigerator, microwave & pantry was a good size. Great location, very close to KLCC. Didn’t use the swimming pool as it was just a small pool. But we were mostly out and about enjoying the city. Basement parking was free. Don’t mind staying here again. Loved our stay. Thank you

Good location very good service great view from room and rooms are clean

This is the 6th time booked this place. The location is good and convenient. The mrt is just a few min walking distance. The pool is able to view the Twin Tower. The hotel front counter staff is very friendly and you will be able to store your luggage on the last day of your stay if some of you are planning to walk around before go to the airport. Which means that you don't need to bring around your luggage when you go out for some last minute shopping.

It’s an okay hotel if you are in budget mode. The newly renovated room is big and clean. Bed also very comfortable

Given the accomodation is a type of residence, the ways for operating in housekeeping and lobby is the level of hotel, Can recommend anyone.

We loved our stay in Crown.Its geographical location is the best as it really is a 10minute walking distance from Petronas Twin Towers. It’s amazing too that they have a bar downstairs for those who wants to drink yet do not want to go too far. Hard Rock Cafe is nearby too. The reception is very good as well and they provide a map of all the places surrounding the suite.Will definitely come back to this serviced suite.
