Great location next to two malls with a lot options to eat and shop, I now understand why there is no room service. Hotel provides a good selection for breakfast and there are a lot of options for all budgets. Grab delivery another one if you don’t feel like going out, although you will have to get your order from downstairs once delivered.The staff are all welcoming and helpful. I felt safe and at home away. I took a studio room (I think) and I was happy with all the amenities in the room. Water bottles refill, daily room cleaning and washing dishes. The pool area is nice. I was going on 31st floor and it was nice and quiet. The bed was good. Internet connection was great too. Big thanks to everyone and specially to the desk staff who helped to contact the airport lost and found. À story which ended well. Great laundry self service and easy to used. À good size games room, but it needs more toys in it. I didn’t have a chance to try the rooftop bar.

Convenient location for business trip. Everything else is acceptable in terms of cleanliness, service and facilities. Nothing to complain about

It’s my first time in Hyatt House KL! Went to the rooftop bar for NYE and the staff were super helpful and friendly considering I was solo traveller. The view from rooftop was perfect! I would definitely come back 🫶🏼

Great location, great surrounding atmospher and great first impression of hotel. The hotel was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay.

Great place to stay for a nice relaxing trip to KL. Beside this place, theres a neighbourhood mall that has everything that you need.

Location is bedside the mall only so very good! The hotel is clean and staffs our friendly and accommodating. Definitely recommended.

Nice view from suite window, many shops and malls in walking distance, fully furnished apartment, drinking filtered water available in the suite, good facilities available. Should subsidised the hotel parking rate or lower the parking fee per entrance as the RM12 is too high for your own hotel guest.

It has been long since I last stay in this hotel. Ever the same and I love it as always for the facilities and services available. Strongly recommended especially if you are staying more than one night and looking forward to having pantry facilities along with washer + dryer.

Overall the hotel is worth the price. Recommended for all types of travellers, the facilities and amenities in the room are excellent. Also recommended for those who plan to stay long as the room comes with all the kitchen appliances. The toilet door is without lock but overall there are no unpleasant smell. The check in and check out took slightly longer but it is manageable. Surrounded by shops and markets.
