Happy with the 4 days 3 night stay. Easy check-in process, the PIC is very responsive. It's a very convenient stay because attached with mall, living room quite spacious, daily house keeping. The furniture quite old but still comfortable, nice view from the apartment. Surely my first choice to stay in KL when coming for a vacation with family.

Toilet bowl didn’t fixed on floor, can go side way, dangerous to use. And shower water smelly due to old water pipe ? Nice view

All the outside the room is excellent. We are given the room with same wing manage by Berjaya Times Square Hotel. The moment we walk into the room...It's horrified. It smell bad and humid. Like abandon room waiting to be renovate. The carpet was dusty and stain. also the curtain. Not to repeat again. We attach photo for public to judge about our room.

1809 Room is good. Clean. I got 1 king bed & 1 single bed in my room. Very happy with the service provided by miss Agnes. The room space also satisfying even it’s a standard room. Thank you owner for keep your suites clean & calm.

Convenient location at Berjaya Time Square. Value for money as I got a room with bath tube and it was a big room. Definitely recommend this service apartment if you are looking at a hotel in the central of KL.

The location is great, next to lightrail@Imbi. Mall within the complex is convenient with retail and food choices. However the room itself is really old, dirty, lingering smell and shower was not working, sofa was sunken. Hmm, there are better choices nearby.

The suites were run down & the checking in was not prompt. However the location is convenient & amenities convenient with walking distance to bukit bintang & sungi wang shopping areas.
