WP Hotel recensioner

Good location. Decent space for twinbed room just enoungh space for muslim perform prayer. Walking distance approximately 700m to Lrt Sultan Ismail Station and Monorail Chowkit. Limited parking bay about 11 cars only behind the hotel open bay.

Theroom and bathroom are clean, the water pressure is sufficient, the view is open and quiet, buffet breakfast is included, there are restaurants nearby, the light rail station is 15 minutes away, the rooftop swimming pool has a beautiful view, but unfortunately there are only 2 elevators, and you often have to wait

Spent 3 days 2 nights at WP hotel. Was there by myself. Overall it was a good stay. Had to deposit 100RM upon check in. Will receive it back at checkout if everything is ok.

It was good but it could be better, especially ranked as a 4-star hotel, they can do more to improve their customer experience. I dialed the reception to double check it a late check out was ok and he said “Yes, before 1 pm” and about 12:18 he called my room and asked what time I wanted to check out. Well, huhh?? The pool was ok. Without the barriers you would enjoy the views more but I understand the safety protocol. The location is in the city center, so.

Decent hotel with a nice view of Petronas towers. Good value! Everything was nice, except for the smell from the drain in the bathroom. I am not sure if it could be fixed, maybe a city problem. But thought to mention

Near facilities and clean also stisfied with environment…but limited parking which not enough for customer

It was good but they need to have more options for breakfast, it's the same everyday. Might also need to check their bathrooms, there's a weird smell coming from the sink

Nearby the centre of KL town but the hotel provide very limited parking space. Need yo park nearby or other buildings that will cost parking fee

Location is pretty good for a short stay, breakfast wasn’t great. Not catered for international guests. Overall not bad

Good , near with transportation area. Easy to go everywhere

The hotel room has two flaws: 1. The curtain does not block sunlight good enough. Wvn with full curtain on, the room is just too bright. This affects sleep. 2. The water pressure is too weak. The washing basin water flow is so weak I don't feel like using it. The shower water pressure is also weak. Simply not "enjoyable". and I dont get the satisfaction out of it. 3. The toiletries seem low equipped.,. No tooth brush.
