On the first day of check-in, I found the room had remnants of fried rice, peanuts, and potato chip crumbs. I reported this to the hotel right away, yet the cleaning staff arrived slowly to clean it. With us being in the room, it felt quite crowded, so we had to step out to let them vacuum. The entire process was rather puzzling, and most importantly, the hotel did not offer an apology.

Rooms are clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The location is convenient, and the attention to detail across the board — from check-in to valet makes the whole stay seamless.

Great location, just that the street traffic is bad. But if you walk, it’s very central. The rooftop pool is amazing.

Everything is good, from the room to the slippers.  Walkable to pavilion mall through the hotel is the best thing ever.  Wide variety of selections for breakfast.  Prompt service at check in counter. Kudos

Pavillion Hotel is now our favourite hotel when we go KL.. this is our 2nd time stay there. Its convenient as it access to the mall and the hotel service is excellent.👍 Room is spacious and clean. Staffs are all friendly and well-trained .. Buffet breakfast is delicious but they can have a bit more varieties for diff days. Coz our 3 days breakfast seems the same but overall we love it. We love the pool..it has a great view and the gym is not bad although i didnt make it in there😆 Maybe on our next trip. Thank you Pavillion. Our stay there has been great! To many more! 🤗

The first room had a musty carpet smell, but I was able to switch to another room. However, the second room smelled of cigarette smoke.

19/4 We reached there by 1pm was just thinking to check in and just stored our luggage while waiting our room to be ready because it is impossible that can get a room by 1pm . But after do a check in the front desk told us that our room is ready which is so impressed with the service. The queue was long but everything went smooth. The hotel is so strategic to everywhere and easy access to the mall and on the same wing itself at basement level that 2 foodcourt and restaurant have on every floor a lot varieties that u can get. The room is so spacious and clean with a nice unblocked view. We went to the level 18 to surprisingly that’s is no people there and it’s so calm it just when we was there the pools attendant showing a bit attitude (showing black face, bangs the waterproof bed on thair from folding) im not sure if he tired or lack of motivation of doing same things everyday or maybe he have a bad day. In the next morning we went for breakfast as usual we has been assist by the restaurant host to our table and host nurul asked if is our first time here and we say yes she did a good moved to bring us a breakfast tour and showed us surrounded food area where to get and located and even she ask us drinks that she help us to get. So far what can i conclude here is Everyone here has played their own role from the front desk, bell boy, housekeeper, restaurant host and bellhop to make the hotel stand with their own class proudly. Wish u guys best of luck and ill be back here again in future to try your club rooms it’s look so interesting with the offers ❤️

The hotel has a fantastic location, making it a convenient and enjoyable place to stay. However, the service could be improved. I had requested a basic decoration for my daughter's birthday in advance and even received email confirmation. Unfortunately, upon check-in, the reception asked us to wait as the decoration was still being arranged. But when we entered the room, nothing had been done. It was disappointing to experience this miscommunication between the reception and housekeeping regarding the timing. That said, once the decoration was finally set up, it was done nicely. I appreciate the effort, but better coordination would have made the experience smoother. Hope to see improvements in service for future guests!

Great hotel ,great location , very friendly staff , excellent room cleaning two times a day . Don't take your wife with you all major brands few meters away . Only thing is the empty minibar even they requested deposit at check in ...great three day stayed at the hotel .
