Strategic hotel in the heart of heaven for shopping activities. Families would have been very happy to stay at this hotel.

Got a lot of small cockroach in our room. Towels provided to small for adults. No toilet papers in bathroom. Staff at receptions counter also not friendly.

Hotel got so many small cockroach need the pest control to service  , the location is strategic that all and easy for check in

The location is great..room is quite clean..aircond is functioning well..service tiptop.. overall, it's a great stay.

another favorite hotel list of mine due to its location and parking availablity, not to mention its surounding full of shopping area and a lot of foodies around.

Good and affordable

Clean and spacious hotel with nice view. Strategic location within walking distance to nearest shop and restaurant. Near to train station too. Fast check in and check out experience too

Things need improvements. 1. Two of the room have cockroaches,able to switch rooms. 2. Breakfast are so-so,need time for staff to topup food (around 10-15 minutes). Food wayy too spicy (chicken curry for that day of stay). 3. 1 room are okay,but got moss on walls. 4. At my time of stay,quite number of people staying. I hope hotel management can take proper action of maintaining the cleanliness of the hotel. 5. Staff attending didn’t smile at all,bot sure why. One female staff and one very tall guy. Good things to maintain 1. Location are good. Walking distances to Sogo and Jalan TAR 2. Got 7e below hotel so easy access to buy things 3. Cheaper price for staying. Book online got much offer.

Nice place to stay with someone ur love becoz have a big room and space...suitable for couples and bussiness traveler

Repeat staying here, only this round assigned without window and a bit regret.

Phone was not working inside the room. I complaint at reception but no action was taken and third day there was no room cleaning was done.

The location is convenient, being close to Sogo Mall, and the hotel provides free parking with access to the lift from the 4th floor. However, my experience was very disappointing. The room resembled a low-quality budget hotel and was definitely not worth the price. They neglected to supply towels, and I had to wait until 7 AM for housekeeping. The breakfast was extremely basic and lacked flavor. If you need an iron, it’s placed outside the room. Overall, I was highly dissatisfied with my stay and would not recommend this hotel. This was my first and last visit here. Thank you.

Just a 8 mins walk can reach the railway station. This hotel connect with the shopping mall and there’s food stall. In front of the hotel there’s taxi stand. Nearby the hotel there’s SOGO shopping mall.
