Kloe Hotel recensioner

This is my second stay at KLoé in the month of April. I felt the wifi was weak the first stay. And now with the second, it just confirmed that connection is bad when I’m on business calls. Really not ideal. Next, there was renovation and drilling at the drive way. Fortunately I checked out that morning, but the drilling was still unbearable for 2hr in the morning. Verdict. I’m unlikely to come back again though the staff services was extremely good.

Ambient and decor are perfect. Staff are helpful and friendly; they assist us with our additional help we sought from them. Quality toiletries; I personally love the hair shampoo and conditioner from Aesop. Everything was good until the midnight like 1-2am. there’s quite a consistent noise from the A/C unit as it gets more annoying entering midnight when the surrounding turned quiet. I have to switch it off to get a disturb-free sleep. I booked a room with city view (at floor 7, the highest level).

One of the best sleep, great property! Would love to return!

The experience was really good, the staff was friendly and helpful. I ordered a bouquet to the hotel to collect later, which they have placed it in the room upon checking in. It was delightful for my other half.

It’s always a pleasure staying at Kloe Hotel. The staff are always so welcoming, the rooms always comfortable and clean, and the location was perfect for me! I love the added touch of the complimentary snack box filled with local favourites.

Me and my wife had a great experience staying in this hotel. The room is loaded with nice amenities and the hotel is located in a very strategic location (near to Pavilion and TRX).

A boutique hotel with a local character of interior setting. Love the location, walking to the centre of BukitBintang area within 10 mins, with a nearby kiosk and a McDonald.

Really cosy hotel, love the aesop amenities and the all day breakfast is sooo good like seriously!! Convenient to walk to pavilion and overall the bed was super comfy loved my stay here!

Amazing facility with great location - right outside of the massive traffic jam within Bukit Bintang. The breakfast every morning/afternoon is what we look forward to, thanks to the wonderful kitchen crew who delivered yummy brekkie to us for 3 days. Definitely coming back here to stay the next time we come KL. Oh, not forgetting the Aesop amenities, simply awesome!

Room is cosy. Overall an amazing ambience and experience. Staff was also very accommodating and made our stay super pleasant.

Our stay was good overall. The only downside to it was the shower head, where you had to wait for a few minutes before you get to use the desired water temperature. They also charge a flat rate RM10 parking fees.

Kloe hotel is a really a chill and comfy stay with its strategic location! Definitely will come back again!

Their shower curtain stinks and they no longer replenish travel aesop toiletries on a daily basis. When you called to ask for more than one set, the staff explained you can only take two bottles not sets. Reception service is also poor now, suspect they changed staff. Other than that, the location is always tricky for drivers to locate. I felt there is nothing to rave about Kloe, being a repeated customer.
