Great location , very near to KLCC, which is a stone throw away. Many eatery and restaurants all within walking distance. The underground tube is just 5 mins walk away. Spacious apartments. Was at level 51th storey and the beautiful roof top pool terrace was at 53th.

Location is superb, walking distance to klcc, food is very easy , pool is nice, suitable for families wth children.

This unit has 2 bed rooms and a huge hall. The place is clean and cosy but most of all, the view wins everyone's heart. Every window has klcc view, even the shower room!

Don’t go. Will destroy your Malasya experience: 1. If you are even 5 min early they charge you early checkin fee (around 30$) 2. For the price the room has no water to drink 3. The room I got had some smell, not clean 4. They ask you for deposit even the app doesn’t show like 100$ but is shady cause you have to give it to a local by hand 5. They hire a local to text you and call you even for checkout, like they push you to leave even before the time, horrible

The apartment is clean and nice view from every room. Some more is high floor. Very convenience strategies location.

Tropicana the residence , same building as W hotel. Located approximately 50m from klcc

Hotel location is good. But to much annoying rules the agent give. If you want to know try book first 🤣 need deposit rm300 and will refund 3days them said. But i got mine on fourth day after check out. Also the security on the residence not friendly. Especially at the lobby and pool. That all

我預訂了兩晚兩間房間，房間很大，同一時間跟朋友一起入住，朋友住的4712號房間還算乾淨，我的3710號房間沙發很髒還有不少地圖，進房不到10分鐘就發現了兩隻蟑螂，一隻在吧檯，一隻在床邊。 我立刻聯繫客服處理此問題，他們告訴我明天才能解決，再打電話發信息不接不回，酒店也不能退，重新訂了附近另一家酒店。然而，第二天客服也沒有跟我聯繫，他們的服務就像沒有客服一樣。 我只在辦理押金支付和退還押金時見到了工作人員。 認為自己運氣比較好的可以嘗試。
